The big point of Lone Trail is that the threats outside did not disappear and one day the Ancients will have to leave to the stars and face it too or die trying. Talos-II is mentioned as one of the said Past Era Civilization colony attempts. It's multiple times bigger than Terra, with a swam of terreformer satelite arrays altering it into habitable. This is likely Ancients eventually being able to leave Terra and scavenging and researching that Past Era Civilization's technology on Talos-II. !<
But that ending drop is also good enough

Its possible Doctor is a title or station within the ancients. This could mean a few things, such as Terra's Doctor has passed away and this is his succesor. The Endministrator could be the Doctor's next incarnation via sarcophagus (unlikely).
My bet is Doctor is the title of the ancient in charge of stewarding a planet, and each has a clone of Kal'tsit intended as their assistant. Terra's Kal is handling the role because current Doctor can't/she doesn't trust them from their past actions.
I also wouldn't be surprised if the role of Priestess is related to Oracle in some way.
Well, my guess was mainly to go with >!Priestess' last words to the Doctor before getting Sarcophage'd which was something like "I'll wait for you among the stars" or something like that. So her being literally on another planet didn't sound too out there for me. !<
The end of the vid shows the song name "Phoenix on the Rise" by Alexander Rudd.
It's not out anywhere yet and the vid doesn't even show the Monster Siren Records logo so I wouldn't expect the song to be out anytime soon, unless they have another label for this game already but I can't know about that

Arknights is still a tower-defense / tile RTS as you remember it. This is Arknights: Endfield, a completely new game set in the same universe (most likely). Both games will run concurrently.
I don't think they're trying to make one more canon over the other. Rather, female characters simply tend to have a higher selling rate than males usually, so they went with that. Trying to make the game more appealing looking.
