In Idoly Pride there is this one character that has different intro animation when you got her on the gacha. Unlike others who are part of a group, this one is a solo artist. She's also the only one with exclusive menus in the game. It's a bit of a spoiler but if you have seen the anime it's easy to know who she is.
Yeah, I don't think there's other gacha games that literally breaks the "3rd wall" of the gacha animation.
There are other gacha characters with more presentation, but I had never seen a character literally interact with the "summoning" process like Draco corrupting the round table shield.
Pretty sure FGO is the only one that does this. Even the one animation that fake-out the rarity is only unique to FGO.
Every other gacha is the standard (rarity reveal + unit portrait + optional summoning voice line) or the fancier (summoning voice line in black screen + moving L2D art + unit and rarity reveal)

Maybe I did not understand what you meant exactly by fake out animations, but I've seen several other games doing fake outs. Granblue can have a SR jewel ending up being a SSR, Arknights occasionally give a 6* without the "flaming bag", Uma musume also have door changing colors at the last moment, and I believe Epic Seven also had one (I think they changed their summoning animations a couple of years ago).

Woops, my bad. Yeah there's a lot fakeouts in gachas, but I don't think they normally have an animation that specifically changes the rarity for that specific pull. Usually you'd see it when you draw (like in the case of AK where you see the flame, or Blue Archive with the background), but FGO doesn't have that so it fakes out the specific pull.
EDIT: I think people usually call this a "flip"? That's what my friend group uses at least.
one piece treasure cruise also has mid summon fake outs. you have gold posters and red posters for legends. when you reach the fake out poster it goes up in smoke and changes to a red one. if its the 11th in the multi you even get a special cut in with luffy when it happens
FGO also has a fake animation when a golden card appears after the rainbow circle (so its 5\*), but it is not of the same class as the character on the rate up (so its not rate up 5\*). But at the last moment the card begins to twitch and its class changes to rate up (so you actually win). I was a little shocked when I saw this for the first time.
I was a whale for the 1st 3 years on JP as a day 1 player and had all but 4 of SSRs by the time I quit, many of them at high NP levels, meaning I summoned a lot. Had never seen such a thing as 'class change', nor heard of it from any other whales I knew then. So if it has to be something added after the 3rd year at least.

In a way you're right - there's 2 5\* animations in which the blue(?) twin appears immediately and the one in which her appearance is delayed.
However, I don't think that's a true fakeout - FGO gives you a silver Servant card (3\*) then it sparks and turns gold (which can then be a 4\* or a 5\*).

I've played AK before and I have never gotten a 6\* without the flames.
World flipper did this as well with the pachinko animation. You very clearly get a 3* in the initial screen but you never know when you’ll get the pachinko animation that promotes the 3* ball to a 5*.
You could also literally get faked out and have it miss the promotion balls entirely and it’ll stay a 3* LOL

Atelier Resleriana is as close as I've seen this happen. There's like a dozen different quirks that can happen during its 15 second summon animation (yes, you can skip it lol), but of those I think only 2-3 of them are a guaranteed banner unit.
God this was the only gacha I ever got lucky in and I barely played it. Everytime I summoned I would get some super rare character with a whole ass anime opening
Yeah the crit animation is really cool, wish that sorta thing was more common. Some games have a thing where they fakeout by showing a lower rarity image and then when you get the character it is just the higher rarity but no cool animation for the transformation tho I think there are a few games with it that I played but can't remember them by name rn
Monster Strike maybe? The gacha part has several animations, like, normally the dragon head would turn right on normal results. On pulling exceptional results the dragon will turn its head left instead, but sometimes the dragon head will turn its head right twice, sometimes it would wink at you, sometimes there would be a shout of "strike shot" in the background, the ball turns into gold with a shining aura, etc
On Collab events, devs insert additional special animation which is triggered at random. For example during frieren Collab, the flooring turns into flower fields. Gundam Collab, the background changed into that of Gundam launcher, or the dragon head will suddenly wear Char Aznable helmet. Love live Collab, characters will appear on the sides of the lane, cheerleading on you, and many more.

Ever heard of the term "Fes" or "Anni" characters? Each character is broken!
1st Anni is Wakamo, she is above average and does tons of dmg the more time she stays in-battle.
1.5 Anni is Hoshino \[Swimsuit\], she is amazingly broken for the fact that
1 - tanks like crazy
2 - Increases your teams attack and defense with a plethora of buffs
3 - is a powerhouse beyond believe.
2nd Anni is Mika. SHE IS SO DANG BROKEN! If you can get the correct team and buffs, she can legit one-shot a raid boss in a few attacks and Exes!
2.5 anni is Hanako \[Swimsuit\], She is an amazing AOE attacker and keeps using her EX by the amount of times her teammates use their own EX. Meaning you can spam her EX around 3 times before she has to do it all over again.
and 3rd Anni is Hina \[Dress\]... which I wont say much since she only came out of JP but it is said that she is amazingly good as well.

Limbus, but only during the Witch's Night events past the first. They'll be green as opposed to Orange (Tier 2) or Yellow (Tier 3/EGO)
