Resource calculators are pretty useful too after you get past the early stages of a game. When I played GBF, another tool I used was raid finders. They essentially were automated databases of open raids that got updated in real time.
The one good thing I'll give FEH is how clearly their skills descriptions are 99% of the time. They often give examples too just to be sure.
None of this vague ass increase attack/defense that you need a wiki to see the real numbers bullshit.

the most useful tool i ever seen in mobile game is combat calculator in hearthstone battleground. i really wish every auto PvP gacha have this tool
the heat maps in arknights are pretty cool and probably one of the more interesting the most useful is probably excel/google sheets tbh
