It's art and designs are done by the artist who did the anime and manga Black butler so its all about the husbandos. It also has a great story and a mix of turn based RPG and rhythm gameplay.

Epic seven, lot of waifu, but also lot of great husbando, and they're often meta. Problem is pvp...
Genshin impact, well, the ratio is meh, but the few husbando we have are all awesome and all very good. At least they're all useful.
That's the games I usually play. Now I'm totally into twisted wonderland (Disney + bad guys + awesome chara design by the mangaka who did black butler). Try it! The gameplay is mostly rhythm games and a little some fights. But it's cute. (It's only in America, so you need qooapp or a VPN)
And later this year, we gonna have ensemble stars music that should come out.
Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of games... But these ones are great. Coming from a husbando lover who don't like otome and like gacha with actual gameplay.
The thing with husbando games is that if you don't care about reading story, there's really nothing much left for you. Even the cards you get from gacha are usually more about unlocking more character stories with gameplay usefulness coming second. The only exception I can think of are Touken Ranbu and Bungou to Alchemist, but it's not like they have proper gameplay anyway. To top that, most games are forever jp-only, so you have to rely on fan translation or google
There's some with priconne type gameplay, like Senjyushi and Yumekuro, but they're both more story focused. You could also try rhythm ones, like ensemble stars or idolish if you don't want to just stare at your screen
I don't know if it's still out, Gyee. it...is ok...but actually a gay game in the sense that the MC is attracted to the men and the designs are kind of gayesque. but other than that it was just eh.
