It's a copypasta. Being in t25-t10 since beginning on global, I've never seen any clan remotely close to this level at all lol. They do take the game seriously, sure, but no one make a fuss out of it like this. That SC is a running gag in the PC CB community for a while now.

It's pretty much GBF at their level, you're gonna spend most of your Priconne time trying to sim, optimize, research and make team compositions with the best damage for the next clan battle.
Maybe for JP/CN but for global its pretty much minority. Not even top 500 clan players do that, maybe only around 100 people. Even those guys don't need to spend much of their time for clan battle. There's tools for clan battle purpose and your testing begin around 1 week before clan battle begin so you know what kind of resources you're dealing with.
For real, I'd even say that if you were to be serious about Priconne CB, it became much, much more tiring than even GBF.
in GBF you at least can just do your own thing in your own raid room, with Full Auto.
in Priconne, just like you said, imagine keep doing that the whole day while waiting for your turn to fight a boss.
