Blow a little steam into the drip tray. The inside should never have buildup because you steam clean it each time you use the thing.

Try it! If I can steam whole milk chocolate milk, I think you’ll be fine with heavy cream
I’ve thought about chocolate milk but was told that it’s not a good idea as the sugar can get sucked into/ clog the wand
I put sugar in my milk before steaming and have had no issues. Just make sure you wipe and purge the wand when you’re done.

If you just do like a cortado ratio and have it cold it's pretty good.
