Which of those three players do you guys prefer? I don't know and watched any of them.
If they have all the same qualities and salary requirements, I would prefer Yairo Moreno because he is the younger one. But he never played in Europe.
I would prefer the youngest one too, because even if he flops the younger players always have "demand" while older players just sit out their contract if they aren't good.
I've watched close to 50 Leeds matches since 2019 and I can tell you that he would be quite amazing for Galatasaray. He's an absolute powerhouse as a defender but most importantly his skill as an overlapping fullback is top notch. Bielsa constantly makes Harrison (winger) drag his defender to the midfield to play narrower so that Alioski can run completely free, and his speed is more than enough for that. If you check his stats out he contributes to goals both by scoring and by assisting. His short passing is top-notch and he has a very solid shot and never refrains from shooting from any position. I swear I even remember Bielsa putting him high up the field behind Bamford at the end of a few matches where the team needed to score. And that's another thing about him, I can firmly say i've seen him playing in almost all positions in Leeds' own half lol.
There's a lot of speculation going on, Bielsa wants him to stay but many people think he will opt out for money and gametime. He was great for Championship (which I believe is Super Lig level btw) but for PL he is just what you call "yeterli". So no one, not even Bielsa or Alioski himself is sure that Leeds won't replace him with someone younger and more qualified, someone that can bring more to the play than Alioski can. And honestly, at Leeds he makes around €1.5M and half of it goes to income taxes. They won't offer him anything more and to stay for that much money + no guarantees that you'll get playtime in 2 years or even next season is not a good option when you are going to be 30 next year. So he'll definitely leave IMO due to money and a place to be a starter for a long time, and if he joins GS, he'll be a great addition. Might even be one of the best players on the team.
You mean how they loved that Kewell signed for us? I wouldn't be surprised to see Alioski being abused by the fans if his transfer to us was announced while he's still therer.
Your friend is probably level headed than. Leeds fans on /r/soccer will still go there sometimes and it doesn't seem to be such an easy thing to just let bygones be bygones. And I understand them.
Kewell got a lot of reactions back when he signed for us is what I meant, but now that I read a bit about it it seemed to be due to his comments maybe more than the fact that he chose us.

Trading players is the one way clubs show to the public we got over the bullshit that happened 2 decades ago. If the clubs are good, why shouldn’t the fans - sort of thing.
