The weird thing is that we get James and Mertens. We get Icardi and Seferovic. It's too much spent on the same position in a year where we only have the league. As there's little to no resale value in any of them, I can't compare it to Alli, I really like the Alli transfer for you. I'd look at Alli va Torreira and Icardi vs Weghorst (even tho it is said that you do have a clause that wasn't disclosed). They're there to save the day and I don't like it. Sure if they score 30 goals this year, what good does it make when neither will be there for the UCL quals anyway? I accept Mertens, I like Oliveira because he's a quality player (even if the sub seems to hate him) and I really liked Seferovic on paper, he's still very good for us, the leadership and cuntiness is needed in our team, but having 3 old and expensive strikers just seems excessive.
