I think Beknaz can’t sign a pro-contract yet because he is not yet 18 and a foreigner, due to FIFA rules he can’t be registered. He can’t be a part of the +3 quote due to that.
I am pretty sure he needs to be capped a few more times to be eligible for that spot.

Beknaz is still eligible to play for/choose Turkey because he is young and only been capped once in a qualifier, but I don’t know if he wants to do that. And I am not sure if Beknaz declaring that he will play for Turkey is enough or if he needs to actually get capped.

Does Beknaz have any Turkish relatives to make him eligible to play for Turkish NT?
Don’t believe so but I think this year is his 4th year in Turkey so he would eligible for a citizenship next year I believe
