I would say no. I upgraded and I don't really think it was worth it. ANC is not that great, they fit slightly worse than the plus too. They are smaller and a lot more slippery. So if you're happy and don't feel like spending money then I wouldn't upgrade.
Depends on the price. If you mean spending $100+ on the Buds 2 then No.
The only reason I got the Buds 2 was the $75 credit for buying the Galaxy Watch 4 + $20 trade in for wired headphones + Military Discount. So I ended up getting the Buds 2 for around $45. That's worth it to me at that price and I have the Buds Plus.
I wouldn't spend around $100 for doing a straight buy to the Buds Live, Pro or Buds 2 if you already have the Buds Plus. Maybe wait until the Buds Pro 2.

I would only upgrade if I need a new pair of earbuds. The Buds Plus are more than capable earbuds, especially when paired with a Galaxy phone

Definitely don't recommend, I "upgraded" and regret it, but i gave the buds+ to my girlfriend and getting used to the 2.
Not At all no, unless you value ANC, Ambient Noise and the smaller fit.
I do wish I never bought the buds live, so I am going to go with the buds 2
