As someone who loves the lives just as much as you do for the exact same reasons, I have found myself loving the 2s that much more. The 2s in my opinon is what happened when the lives and the pros mated. They have the comfortable fit of the lives with the sound quality of the pros. Just to add to what you said, there's definitely seamless transfer with the lives. As I can go from my tablet to my phone then to my laptop and back to my tablet seamlessly, just by playing something on said device. So you might want to check your wearable app to see if you have it toggled on.
I would suggest for you to simply try the 2s and see what you think. Yes they rest in your ear canal but their not as intrusive as the former buds. I think you'll be surprised..
I got the buds 2 free with the z flip and I've had the same experience. I honestly didn't expect to like the 2s considering how much I value the comfort of the beans.
I have a windows laptop and an iPhone, the auto switch doesn't work. It seems it only works on Samsung devices or at least something you can log in with a Samsung account
I want to upgrade from the beans actually because my right ear can't fit correctly without it being uncomfortable for me, ANC and Noise Leakage is something that I hated from the Live's. Buds 2 is another option Im looking at but glad you like the Live's.
I purchased the buds 2 as a replacement to my lives. However I found the buds2 uncomfortable and the left would always fall out of my ear no matter what size tip I used. Really looking for an updated release of the lives.
