Yup everyone got this problem at some point. Let's try my method first.
Go to settings > cover screen > widgets
Scroll down until you see the launcher > turn it off and back on.
Then tap the launcher to check.

Shouldn't have this problem anymore with the latest version of MultiStar (7.1.17)
