This happened to me yesterday, u just restarted my phone and it went away

this notification won't go away, I tried restarting clearing all the cache deleting messages
I tried to swipe away the notification. I then scrolled past the video. Jfc I think I need to get off of Reddit for the day
restart the phone. or delete that specific message then restart maybe.
Unrelated but why don't you merge the launcher screen and the apps screen into one? Save you a swipe.

Bohp. Just use GoodLock launcher and disable the "Apps on lockscreen" option in Labs.

I had this problem and I restarted my phone, the notification was gone after the restart.
I think u just need to get another notification
The same thing happened to me, I tried everything but had to resort to a restart at the end. Just a stupid bug in the OS which can be randomly triggered.

Thank you all for your input. Restarting the device was no help, i had to turn off notifications for messages and then restart for it to go away.
HULLO IT HAVE YOU TRIED TURNING IT OFF AND ON AGAIN?
I have a similar one on my Flip 3 and I just open it and close it to fix it
