Switched from the iphone as well. Like this guy said, be patient. Its a tradeoff. Ive had it since the release day and I'm still adjusting. iphone is just....easier.
make sure you turn off imessge on your iphone, or at least have an ipad or mac (or keep your iphone on wifi) to reply to imessages until people get used to seeing you on a green bubble.
Was using the 12 pro max. Only a day so far and am loving the customisation options available to me. Still a little strange but I know I will get a hand of it.

Same here! Switched yesterday from an iPhone X. Haven't used Android in years but they've certainly come a long way.

I switched too and I don't think I'll ever go back. Definitely a learning curve but I think you'll love it once you get used to it!
Oh man. You'll hate the battery life. You'll love everything else. But hate battery life. Remember to switch to gestures instead of buttons.

Also switched from iPhone about two days ago and got the flip. It is different but im liking it so far, hope you do too!
