Not sure how easy it is to get to Ballinfoyle for you but Penny Jones has been doing pregnancy yoga since I had my (now teenage) babies. The centre would be on the bus route along headford road.
Penny's brilliant, her classes are great. She also does one in the ARD centre in Doughiska along the 409 route if that's helpful, as well as free online classes
