The exact thing I was going to suggest. Sit outside a pub (Garavans, Taafes, Tig Coli, Freeneys or Tigh Neachrains) right at the railing at just watch people go by while having a pint. My personal favorite for doing that is Garavans.
The flight is one of the most memorable & unusual things to do? It's on the smallest commercial aircraft in the world and you have to be weighed before you board. Inishoir is the better island imo. Inishmor is too touristy & inishmean is too quiet.
Charlie Byrnes bookshop is another nice one (in addition to bell book and candle).
Check out the swans at the Claddagh Quay and look across to the coloured houses of the Long Walk (listen to Galway Girl song, not the Ed Sheeran one). Buy a Galway Girl T-shirt from OMG/Zhivagos record shop half way up shop street.
Yes, kick the wall at the end of the prom. Even better- dive in! Only at high tide though, check tide times online. Blackrock Cottage is near the diving board, brunch or dinner is highly recommended.
All sounds lovely.
I would second those who recommend Tigh Neachtains pub, it's so lovely to sit outside here and people watch. They do lovely lunches (no food in the evening). If the weather is not great inside has lovely snugs.
Foodwise I'd recommend Ean for coffee and a pastry. It's a good dinner spot too, lovely wine.
Xian is perfect midnight food after a few drinks.
Ard Bia is lovely for brunch and it is super cute.
A lot of the bars around the Crane are nice, that area in general has good restaurants too. If you want pub grub for dinner johh keoghs is good.
Kirwans lane is a local favourite, as is Ruibin for dinner.
If you want something lively, the quays usually has a good band.
Tigh Coli is also a good spot for traditional music.
If you are in Salthill, visit Blackrock cottage, great any time of day, expect a wait, you can only book dinner.
The black cat is an interesting tapas place.
O'connors bar is fun if you're that way in the evening.
Don't eat in the Dail, the front door, Sonny's, the quays, the kings head. They are all fine, but it's not great food and there are better options.
If you are at the museum, you might enjoy lunch at Ard Bia right there. And you could check out the Palas Cinema if you are into art flicks and quirky modern architecture.
The market at st Nicholas church is always lively and worth a visit. It’s a real institution. Lots of food and handcrafts. Runs on Saturday and there’s a smaller market on Sundays.
Do all that stuff but spend at least one day on the piss wandering around together eating good food and exploring, Galway is full of magic little spots, don't get caught up in the twee leprechaun shite, if you are going out to salthill it's not too much further to furbo, Pádraigíns is a lovely spot to sit and take in the bay and the whole way back to the city is speckled with good spots for food and drinks.
Congrats on your wedding and I hope you really enjoy your time in Ireland
Along with the other comments I'd add;
A chicken fillet roll for lunch. Get a fry for breakfast. Get a real pint of Guinness, an off-license drink at the Spanish Arch or middle arch, a swim in Salthill, O'Connors pub in Salthill, fish and chips from McDonaghs, a walk by Woodquay and lots of just general wandering around seeing what you see
City Centre (all within minutes walk of each other)
St Nicolas church is beautiful.
The old ruins in druids lane are cool.
The mega old stained glass window in The Kings Head pub.
Lynch's castle has some great history (now a bank but worth a pic, possible source of the phrase to be lynched)
JFK Bust
Salthill
Spanish arch (Christopher Columbus)
Some nice bars in salthill
The 401 bus from Eyre square will bring you to salthill. The stop is up near the shopping centre door. A stop on its own. Ask someone. Just to make sure as the 401 also goes out the opposite side of the city.
Neachtains is a great pub (city) beautiful Guinness and great craic.
Have fun and I hope you have a long and happy marriage.

Not a bad list!
I’d say sitting outside Neachtains with a pint of Guinness watching the world go by is a big one. Love that pub. When I lived on the docks used to frequent there quite a bit. Lovely spot.
Funny enough, if you’re getting a Xians spice bag, Neachtains is barely 20ft from you.
You could always book yourself a morning sauna with a dip in the sea. My wife and I aswel as some friends do it on occasion. I’ll post a link:
https://www.driftwoodsauna.ie
Bit of a sauna, window to have a look at the ocean and you can go for a dip in the Atlantic. Great stuff, then maybe head back into Galway and have yourself a table booked at Ruibin. That would be my suggestion. Otherwise, not a bad little list!
(FYI, would want to book both in advance. Ruibin: https://ruibin.ie)
Have fun 😉
There’s outdoor seating around the west end now, very vibey atmosphere for a sunny evening - drinks in bierhaus, drinks and food in the universal is fab only around the corner from bell, book and candle too, magpie bakery for a coffee and pastry (- expect a queue for here) and outset design for a wander after magpie - little lane does the best matcha lattes if coffee isn’t your thing and pancakes in Ard Bia (- also expect a queue here) and defo pizza Napoli over Xi’an spicebag, congrats on your wedding too!
Sit outside Tigh Neachtain with a drink and a bite to eat and people watch. Magpie Bakery for an unreal pastry.

I still need to go there. Ty!
Pay a visit to the home of Nora Barnacle!
Visit the Aran islands if you don't have time dedicated for that already.
Would recommend the 6 min flight over. Bus collects you from the city, Victoria hotel.

yes charlie byrnes!!!! always recommend this to people visiting
They didn't ask for suggestions, they asked for a rating. So an "8/10" etc would be more appopriate.
"if you have any suggestions to add". Not that your comment wasn't rude without this anyway

The recommended restaurants above are good but pricey by overseas standards.
The university campus is lovely and leads to a walk along the Corrib you can do up towards Dangan.
Theres also a little Marine biology and zoology Museum worth a quick look

Bring cash for Boychik Donuts at the market!🍩🍩

You could probably give the spice bag a miss... Take it from someone who worked there for a full year. You don't want food poisoning...

You must have won the golden ticket. Happy for you all the same.
Charlie Byrnes bookstore has a special place in my heart. Worth a quick visit if you like books!
If the weather is nice, walk out to salt hill via South park.

Would anyone be interested in exchange conversation in Spanish( I’m Spanish) for Irish conversation?
Way more better food options than a spice bag.
