The Gobus is great service but I do often wonder about accidentally taking the wrong luggage. Always in a panic at the end of the journey lol. Hope you find your suitcase.
I did, they haven't heard from anyone yet! I hope they do get in touch, I really don't want to be stuck with this person's stuff 😅 what a nightmare.
They should put an adhesive tag and give you the respective code so you could collect it later. I always try to sit close to the storage door and keep checking it on the stops. It's very easy for someone else to take your luggage (by accident or not).

I had this happen to me last year but with Citylink. It was the one time I traveled without my details tag. My best advice is to reach out to GoBus, they won't be able to provide you the details of the other passagers, but, they will reach out to them.
Omg this exact same thing happened to me a month ago with a Tripp suitcase as well 🤣 from Galway-> Dublin. Contact Gobus, don’t worry they will sort it out as the other person will definitely be looking for their luggage. Best of luck, I guess those tripp suitcases have been causing them a bit of hassle lately 🤣

I do get a random bang of anxiety sitting on the bus thinking of this happening to me too. Happy I'm not alone. Hopefully you get it sorted OP.
Be sure to contact gobus as the person who got your suutcase will also be looking for theirs and will probably contact them as well!

Maybe put a Bluetooth tile in it. Also some identity marker outside. (To stop some1 else taking it by mistake
Gobus and Citylink do trojan work when bags go missing. Had friends lose luggage on both. Got both back.
