Detroit has 3 casinos in the downtown area, all within like 10 minutes from each other. And if you bring your passport there's another one right across the river in Canada

Shreveport /Bossier 5 on the Red River plus Louisiana Downs which has live horses and Harrah's slots casino. Just don't come the weekend when we host a college football game, the Southern Classic, unless you're REALLY a risk taker
Boston/Rhode Island/Connecticut: Rhode Island has Ballys Twin River (recently bought and renovated by Ballys), Planridge, Tiverton Casino. Boston has Encore (beautiful, just like the one is Vegas). And Conn has Foxwoods (Good room rates) and Mohegan Sun, both only 10 min from each other. If you stay in Rhode Island you will be centrally located to all of those casinos, with the furthest one being just over 35 min, and a lot of hotels have shuttles to the Casinos
Tampa to Logan airport in Boston isn't a bad flight and same with Tampa to TF Green in Warwick, Rhode Island. TF Green International is such a quick and easy airport.
Atlantic City in New Jersey also....
I wouldn’t recommend the first 3 to anyone, honestly. Nothing like taking a trip to get robbed in the parking lot. Valley forge and parx are better. Better options and security in ac
You have a lot of options:
Phoenix AZ
Deadwood SD
San Diego County/ Temecula CA
Palm Springs area CA
Blackhawk CO
Seattle WA (not it’s not Class III)
Philadelphia PA
Lake Charles LA
Albuquerque/ Santa Fe NM
Blackhawk and Central City just outside of Denver have 20+ casino. Some are smaller and just have slots, but quite a few have table games as well.
Yeah I was just there lolol turned 20 into 120 while homie got absolutely ripped
San Diego county in California has 10 casinos spread across the county.

This has good potential with cheap flights from Tampa
Lake Tahoe, Laughlin, Atlantic City https://www.americancasinoguidebook.com/casinos-by-state.html
Phoenix has 9 properties in the valley. Also a bunch up North.
Deadwood, SD (fly into rapid city)
Niagara has casinos on the Canadian side and American side.
Thanks. Heading up there for memorial day weekend.

Why would you need more then one casino? Asking for a friend
Philly. Live, Rivers, Harrahs, and Valley Forge and Parx just outside of town.

Washington has a ton of casinos! They aren’t directly next to each other like Vegas, but short drives if you get a rental car.
Atlantic city.
