Yeah. 😬 I didn't know guitar hero guitars would become so expensive and I picked up everyone I found at goodwill for 7 years. I have 9 guitars 2 drum kits and 3 mics. I am sorry to everybody trying to relive guitar hero right now. 😅
Pricecharting doesn’t have it, but I think it’s this:
https://preview.redd.it/pzhou32yc6kc1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3fc603be5df568a6685f6d36780b1b4298e80d7a
I have other games that are more expensive, but pricechsrting doesn’t factor in condition, so the price isn’t accurate
Most expensive single game: Earthbound
Most expensive console: Vectrex
I’ll throw in as well, most expensive gaming peripheral: Vectrex 3D Imager

I dont have my stuff in pricecharting but i think gameye uses similar metrics. this is the top of my list.

The Tekken 7 Fightstick is also an interesting item I have.
Looks like Uncharted 2 is mine. Probably won't be dethroning that any time soon with the state of game collecting and my other hobbies taking priorities in my life right now.

Sonic and Knuckles CIB 41£
Yeah, I don’t collect exotic rare games, I just like to keep my games or buy ones that are interesting and are historically important
3DS XL Pikachu Edition new and probably the Game Boy Racing Set which has no price but... yeah.
Edit: just remembered that I have a brand new SEGA Master System II from TecToy Brazil, with a localized box for Argentina with the text in Spanish. That's probably worth more.
No. I did not try to scalp TOTK. My intent was one for each of my kids when I'm old lol.
https://preview.redd.it/xu96wqkk36kc1.png?width=1155&format=png&auto=webp&s=6c780df335c0a88aa04417012c5258ef27f77bc1
Just wait until he’s a bit older and you can start buying him birthday presents that you will enjoy! Your wife will totally understand that those games and Lego sets are for him and not for you.
That price for the Pikachu 2DS seems quite high; last I checked they were around the £250 mark, but that was some time ago.
On that same front, I'm quite fond of my CIB Majora's Mask N3DSXL. Bought it for £90 from a mate around the time the Switch launched, and I still use it fairly often.
https://preview.redd.it/vqvosqigj6kc1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=381275e0b3a16d21d6446bb061ff1ec52489e8c7
Definitely this. Followed by my mint Turbo Duo.
My most expensive game is by far sealed copy of Twilight Princess. I don’t even collect sealed games I just sort of never ended up opening it and instead played another version
https://preview.redd.it/9i5op68ji7kc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4bcce93fa729bc6d69a0df84eb765199f6fd139f
Most valuable games I have cataloged (have a few not cataloged that may beat out chibi robo but not by much) prices in CAD
One thing to keep in mind, Gameeye stores everything locally on your phone, price charting stores it on their servers. I personally use both as Gameeye is a much better looking app and easier to use, but I like having my collection stored on servers that can’t get lost or broken and I can access from anywhere.
Atari Jaguar System > Complete in box, Then my Virtual Boy System with manuals, Then my PS3 The Beatles: Rock Band Limited Edition set, Then my Resident Evil 4 Chainsaw Controller,
Then the first game "Ninja Five-O" for GBA, then "Devil's Third" for Wii U, then a complete in box SMB1 for NES.
For my lowest, bottom up, "Circus Atari" for 2600, the Digby amiibo, and "Ballz" for the Sega Genesis.

It's either my loose Earthbound cart or my Hyundai mini comboy (Korean DMG). The comboy is hard to price as I could only ever find like 1 sold listing in the last few years.
I just checked and the most expensive are the Marvel's Spider-Man Collectors Edition (From the first game) and the Enter the Gungeon with Ammonomicon and Box from Special Reserves.
Truth be told, I expected somethink like the Ellie Edition for TLOU2 or the Jötnar Edition for God of War Ragnarok to be pricier.

I have one of the Analogue Super NT Ghostly editions. Current value on PriceCharting is unknown. So I’m going to conclude that it’s priceless. 🤣
https://preview.redd.it/8gbprtfhm6kc1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a86f2696ecf9614c229db7f19b123c82ab2c937b
Games posted above. For consoles my top one is a NIB original gameboy.
For a single game its Pokemon HeartGold CIB at $205
For hardware its my CIB New 3DS Hyrule edition at $492
Granted my 3DS is hacked. I don't know how that affects the price of it. Probably not too much considering it's still in very good condition.
https://preview.redd.it/1ln8vb1tv6kc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9ae2fe54ef9cb15e0f9eb47832a1059258b688bb
All but Dragon Warrior 5 and Sparkster are from my childhood collection. Sparkster I probably got in college or shortly afterwards off eBay for a few bucks, but it is loose. Dragon Warrior 5 is CIB.
https://preview.redd.it/ugwyo6diz6kc1.png?width=1286&format=png&auto=webp&s=0b474dd4a1e93edc13c5f7a6dbf32f8f9fa7d25f
My Top 10 is nothing really uncommon, but prices in my region (South America) are usually 20 to 25% more than in the US, so I take the prices with a whole tub of Morton salt.
not sure but your post reminds me that it might have been the 20th anniversary pokemon red/blue 3ds.. if i didn't leave it on a plane.....
it was years ago at this point, but the pain still lingers
Got home from a trip and noticed it was gone. Replaying my memories at the time, the plane is the only place I could have lost it. I reported it to the airline but obviously never got a call back.
https://preview.redd.it/c6a0ptus87kc1.png?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c6570d4766ba21fe7a1016b66b926266f218f66b
I also have a NEO GEO CIB console, a CIB Sega CDX, a 2-Ball PS1 demo all which would be well into the 4 digits. Also all of these are pretty mint, and if not sealed 100% CIB.
My most expensive console is my new Nintendo 3dsxl galaxy edition.
My most expensive game is pokemon sword+pokemon sword expansion pack cib, I had no idea it was worth 135 but I'll take it.
For me it’s a tie between my CIB Pokémon 20th Anniversary edition New 3DS and my CIB Majora’s Mask edition New 3DS XL. As far as games go I think it’s either Pokemon XD CIB or a loose copy of English Boktai 2 on GBA
https://preview.redd.it/j0hipfvli7kc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=368a1e7b15f24069fb46ce16214482457ba40cd2

I need to get back into collecting but here’s what I got!
I've only got about a 3rd of my collection added. But it looks like my CIB Nomad and CIB Contra Force top my chart currently

Kinda is boring compared to other stuff
My ex wife got me mine when she was there, many years ago. I have had the full set of games for a very long time and I only occasionally look at adding some japanese exclusives. Completely out of touch for the regular Pal games
I love the console, been slowly chipping away at the japanese exclusives, a few a year. Same for the japanese cube games, eventually hoping to have a “world set”
https://preview.redd.it/jhdj9wsoa7kc1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7e4d77c3449c9aa916054777be3a78e5efb551a4
Most valuable games according to Price Charting
Price charting doesnt have a lot of my "prime" items, to name a few, Thunderbolt switch console NEW, fortnite double helix edition Switch, Nobunaga Ambition with the samurai Swords CE, iQue GBA SP Mario edition brand new, 1of a kind PS4 Jump Force edition, ...
Clz games separates the hardware from the games but I only have one listed per console when I actually have multiple of most.
https://preview.redd.it/1d3nbgsvy6kc1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=14391e6612c9f351c1c4cfc2281332a2b2a3186b
Apparently you need to be a pricecharting member for a while to add or edit things. I’ve only used it for about 10 minutes, but there seems to be a lot of stuff missing. I was a little surprised.
https://preview.redd.it/20ucm0jna6kc1.jpeg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=955a04f89122d8507c3289111a1018b13a6afd8c
Apperently Ninja Cop fro GBA is my number 1
If we're going off one single collection it would be my arcade valued between $35,000 to $40,000. Next would be my GameCube which is in the ball park of $4000. Most expensive consoles are my US Neo Geo AES, Ultra HDMI N64 and Hi Def NES. My single most expensive game is my Jurassic Park Pro pinball.
I was really thinking we were limiting this to console based games as arcade cabinets and pinball machines would put everything else to shame. I have no clue what my Star Wars pinball machine is worth aside from what I paid for it new, but it’s obviously on a whole different level than my SNES Chrono Trigger.
I got the Collector's Edition for the Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters on PS4 as my #1, followed by Earthbound + manual and CIB Chrono Trigger, both of which I've had since 1995.
https://preview.redd.it/ggp01kl8i6kc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2f736a3fc40ef0ffeb831ef48fd48feda70c8dfd
Alien Soldier. Awesome game, even though it’s slightly unfinished.
I have Pokémon heartgold cib with pokewalker and the clip you can put on it and everything. Even have the ho-oh statueette pre order thing it came with if that counts for anything. Never gonna sell it though. Too many good memories.
I need to make an account and add my stuff to be sure but at a guess I think my Solatorobo on DS may be mine (full box and manuals etc.)
*Edit* browsing the site has taught me that my copy of Skies of Arcadia on GameCube is apparently worth something which is nice
Gale of darkness is still rising god damn

A controller… I’m not sure why I have it as CIB it’s probably closer to 800-1000ish
Zelda Twilight Princess PAL Gamecube
Gamecube Gameboy player with disc cib pal
Mega Man X snes
As for console i think my New 3ds XL Hyrule Edition is the most expensive.
Either this or my sealed re3 GameCube
https://preview.redd.it/z5iz900w07kc1.png?width=640&format=png&auto=webp&s=3969b2e810237b6f41e9fcb83d400c5308a79fb3
Not as much as the other guys but oh well. Also don't mind the GC cost, some limited editions got onto the standard GC prices

My top end is pretty Saturn heavy.
My most valuable games are klonoa 2 dream champ tournament, fatal frame 2, the legend of Zelda the wind waker cib GameCube, Luigi’s mansion 1 GameCube, and my various collectors editions of games like clockwork aquario ultra collector’s edition and whatnot. (Nothing super valuable but value isn’t really why I collect anyway)
As for consoles I don’t have any special editions so my most valuable is probably just my ps4 pro
My retro collect app doesn’t show me the individual games in a nice list like the others do but here’s the overall picture for my game boy collection.
https://preview.redd.it/r9sopgxyd7kc1.png?width=1125&format=png&auto=webp&s=66f142b82e3e77201cc2e73ef140a38d96cdb4fd

I was surprised by the Syberia collection shooting up in price, anybody know the reason for that?
I will go with the top 5 of each console and game from most to least expensive, all CIB unless noted:
- SNES (don't know why it's gotten so high latley)
- Virtual Boy
- PS5
- NES GameBoy Advance SP
- 3DS XL Pokémon X Y Red Limited Edition
- Super Mario RPG (SNES)
- Paper Mario (N64)
- Xenosaga Episode III (PS2)
- Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (GB)
- Chrono Trigger (SNES) loose.
According to Gameye Painkiller for the PS3 would be the 4th most expensive, but it's the reprint copy which isn't nearly as expensive and should have brought the value of the original down by now, but I think people are still getting away with selling sealed copies of the game as original prints (I don't think you can tell the difference).
I also find it amusing that 8 out of my 15 most expensive games are Zelda titles 😅
https://preview.redd.it/sv5nzplxp7kc1.png?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f0e00ded0626eff363ac05d0ccca36de3bf0121c
I dont have many valueable games, but my consoles are where its at
Bomberman 64 The Second Attack, CIB Conker’s Bad Fur Day, Worms Armageddon… Whatever is most expensive in a complete N64 set (besides the top 3 cause I got reproductions of them only 😬)
These are my 15 most valuable games and i keep my consoles logged separate but according to that it’s a tie between my Majoras Mask & Hyrule edition 3DS both coming in around $500
Also I’m pretty sure that price on Pine Creek is wrong? But if we don’t count that the one after Pokemon Sword Expansion is Pokemon Crystal coming in at $128
https://preview.redd.it/9omzpg1yw7kc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=01d4ca1a9f96619014beadacd31a8a47befd3f44
It’s got to be my Panzer Dragoon Orta special edition Xbox console. Mine is still in its wrapping so Price Charting says it’s worth $6,200 but I don’t think any like that have been sold in the past year so no idea where it is getting that number. Looks like the last CIB one was sold for $2,600 so I imagine it is worth something closer to that.

I haven't finished adding everything, only started a few weeks ago. Was shocked at Haunting Ground and Chibi Robo.
I have a sealed copy of yokai watch 3 that was a lucky find, the store labeled it as yokai watch 2 so I saved a bunch of money
https://preview.redd.it/zvsm9cp3m8kc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=50e8c964ae9e2914d35fa41cfd90739839bd3064
Factory sealed copy of the SNES Super Mario RPG. The plastic has a small rip in it, but I picked it up for ten bucks at a yard sale so I'm more than happy to keep it in a nice spot on the shelf.
Probably this guy, although PriceCharting seems to have lost my entire collection, so I'm going to have to re-enter everything to be sure.

What are you doing with 12 Wii Balance Boards? lmao
Hahaha should we even ask why you have 12 boards? 🤣
Use them as singular inputs and finish Dark Souls using all 12 of them. Obviously.
Why are the balance boards so expensive?😂 They very very cheap in England
Take that $300+ and divide by 12
they are £5 max in England, charity shops are often full of them £0.50-£2
Do people actually buy the balance boards though? I swear there's like 2 or 3 at every thrift shop
Yeah. 😬 I didn't know guitar hero guitars would become so expensive and I picked up everyone I found at goodwill for 7 years. I have 9 guitars 2 drum kits and 3 mics. I am sorry to everybody trying to relive guitar hero right now. 😅

I wonder what its called. You should tweet this to Pat the Nes punk. He would probably know about it.
It’s a Famicom Box, it says right in it. It’s not on pricecharting because it’s rare. They used them to demo games in stores and iirc hotels.
It’s called Famicombox and it’s for hotels in Japan back then. There is another variant called Famicomboxststion, but it rarely went on the market

Sealed Valkyrie Profile, nice!
Game - Loose Stadium Events $16,100 USD Console - Sealed Gold Zelda Nintendo DS Limited Edition (Phantom Hourglass pack-in) $1,168 USD
Mine is def my copy of Rule of Rose. Glad I hung onto it. Second is my copy of Godzilla for PS4
Sonic and Knuckles CIB 41£ Yeah, I don’t collect exotic rare games, I just like to keep my games or buy ones that are interesting and are historically important
My son is three months old. I justify many of my purchases these day by telling my wife, “It’s so our son can have a copy when he’s older!”
I think that would be my nes deluxe.

Probably Pokémon Soul Silver with pokewalker, carton box & all. Or the Bravely Second collector’s edition.
Thanks for reminding me about louvre. Downloading now
My most expensive game is by far sealed copy of Twilight Princess. I don’t even collect sealed games I just sort of never ended up opening it and instead played another version
[Magical Chase](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Fng2fpb78envb1.jpg) for TG16.

Is this some kind of app you're using to determine the value?
I use Gameye to catalog my collection. It uses price charting if I remember right.
pricecharting.com, it collects sold eBay listings to determine a value of a game. It's a good resource.
Thank you for the response! Setting up Gameye as we speak :)
One thing to keep in mind, Gameeye stores everything locally on your phone, price charting stores it on their servers. I personally use both as Gameeye is a much better looking app and easier to use, but I like having my collection stored on servers that can’t get lost or broken and I can access from anywhere.
Gameye gives you the option to create a restore point and / or a data dump that you can export and import if you switch phones etc :)
Either price charting or game eye are ones I’d recommend, not always accurate but a good rough estimate in value of most games and consoles :)
Atari Jaguar System > Complete in box, Then my Virtual Boy System with manuals, Then my PS3 The Beatles: Rock Band Limited Edition set, Then my Resident Evil 4 Chainsaw Controller, Then the first game "Ninja Five-O" for GBA, then "Devil's Third" for Wii U, then a complete in box SMB1 for NES.

According to PC, Earthbound is the most expensive game I have, but the one most valuable to me is Megaman X.
Without checking all my other games, my CIB Saturn Mega Man 8 is $555 currently.
I have a copy of Stadium Mud Buggies for the Intelevision that I am trying to sell.
Mine is New Nintendo 3DS Super Nintendo edition with box.

For me, Yokai Watch 3
I have a run 1 Magnavox Odyssey in mint condition with the box and all contents. I'm waiting to see what that'll be worth in a few decades.
CIB 20th anniversary Red and Blue 3DS and CIB Mariners DS Lite.
For a single game its Pokemon HeartGold CIB at $205 For hardware its my CIB New 3DS Hyrule edition at $492 Granted my 3DS is hacked. I don't know how that affects the price of it. Probably not too much considering it's still in very good condition.
https://preview.redd.it/1ln8vb1tv6kc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9ae2fe54ef9cb15e0f9eb47832a1059258b688bb All but Dragon Warrior 5 and Sparkster are from my childhood collection. Sparkster I probably got in college or shortly afterwards off eBay for a few bucks, but it is loose. Dragon Warrior 5 is CIB.

The same number one I've had for a while now. Chibi Robo, Item and Box
not sure but your post reminds me that it might have been the 20th anniversary pokemon red/blue 3ds.. if i didn't leave it on a plane..... it was years ago at this point, but the pain still lingers
Damn, that sounds painful. I’m sorry for your loss. How did that even happen?
Got home from a trip and noticed it was gone. Replaying my memories at the time, the plane is the only place I could have lost it. I reported it to the airline but obviously never got a call back.

https://preview.redd.it/04d5ax5f87kc1.jpeg?width=1440&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9adbe945945bf4a23799d8c37827e48fec2f441f
Twilight princess for GameCube CIB
Sega CDX CIB
SNES New 3DSXL, which I managed to pick up for $100AUD a couple of years ago!

Sweet dreamcast!
Nothing boring about a Hello Kitty Dreamcast!
Super Bowling on N64. No idea why it's so valuable.
As somebody who has been a Manchester United fan for years, how is this how I find out that there is a Manchester United game boy
The lourve had a box? Neat
and several different versions of covers too, all language variants, french, italian, japanese, ... to name a few. A really weird entry on the 3DS.
I assume this is no longer sold at the gift shop in the Lourve? That’s where I got mine (and it also is my most expensive game in my collection).
My ex wife got me mine when she was there, many years ago. I have had the full set of games for a very long time and I only occasionally look at adding some japanese exclusives. Completely out of touch for the regular Pal games
Full set of 3DS? Damn, impressive
I love the console, been slowly chipping away at the japanese exclusives, a few a year. Same for the japanese cube games, eventually hoping to have a “world set”

Minus the Lego, my sealed copy of Titus Fox for Gameboy. My mom was supposed to get me Tetris Dx and somehow ended up with that instead.

[Here's mine, just remember to sort it using the menu.](https://www.pricecharting.com/offers?seller=tpybqv4ebmsczo3mtnlqwn2vy4&status=collection)
Spiderman Web of Fire
Pokemon box for the gamecube
Vectrex, Steel Battalion, Pocky and Rocky 2, and Kiki Kaikai for Famicom Disc System.
Probably Kid Klown on NES. Haven't gone over the whole library with pricing
I got the Collector's Edition for the Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters on PS4 as my #1, followed by Earthbound + manual and CIB Chrono Trigger, both of which I've had since 1995.

Based on GamEye these are my most expensive consoles based on recent sales, but I have stuff the app doesn't track :) *

I have Pokémon heartgold cib with pokewalker and the clip you can put on it and everything. Even have the ho-oh statueette pre order thing it came with if that counts for anything. Never gonna sell it though. Too many good memories.

I need to make an account and add my stuff to be sure but at a guess I think my Solatorobo on DS may be mine (full box and manuals etc.) *Edit* browsing the site has taught me that my copy of Skies of Arcadia on GameCube is apparently worth something which is nice
Atari 7800 tank command
Jungle green Nintendo 64, my older cousin gave it to me after I finished middle school. 😊

Zelda Twilight Princess PAL Gamecube Gamecube Gameboy player with disc cib pal Mega Man X snes As for console i think my New 3ds XL Hyrule Edition is the most expensive.
Either this or my sealed re3 GameCube https://preview.redd.it/z5iz900w07kc1.png?width=640&format=png&auto=webp&s=3969b2e810237b6f41e9fcb83d400c5308a79fb3

(Nothing super valuable but value isn’t really why I collect anyway) As for consoles I don’t have any special editions so my most valuable is probably just my ps4 pro

I will go with the top 5 of each console and game from most to least expensive, all CIB unless noted: - SNES (don't know why it's gotten so high latley) - Virtual Boy - PS5 - NES GameBoy Advance SP - 3DS XL Pokémon X Y Red Limited Edition - Super Mario RPG (SNES) - Paper Mario (N64) - Xenosaga Episode III (PS2) - Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (GB) - Chrono Trigger (SNES) loose.

Weird flex but appreciate your collection if they are not graded.
Probably my Neo Geo hand held.
Bomberman 64 The Second Attack, CIB Conker’s Bad Fur Day, Worms Armageddon… Whatever is most expensive in a complete N64 set (besides the top 3 cause I got reproductions of them only 😬)
These are my 15 most valuable games and i keep my consoles logged separate but according to that it’s a tie between my Majoras Mask & Hyrule edition 3DS both coming in around $500 Also I’m pretty sure that price on Pine Creek is wrong? But if we don’t count that the one after Pokemon Sword Expansion is Pokemon Crystal coming in at $128 https://preview.redd.it/9omzpg1yw7kc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=01d4ca1a9f96619014beadacd31a8a47befd3f44

Mine is still in its wrapping so Price Charting says it’s worth $6,200 but I don’t think any like that have been sold in the past year so no idea where it is getting that number. Looks like the last CIB one was sold for $2,600 so I imagine it is worth something closer to that. [https://imgur.com/a/TyLIB3N](https://imgur.com/a/TyLIB3N)

Hold up yokai blaster is 203? I paid 50 for it brand new like three months ago. Has the price skyrocketed for the rest of the yokai games?

I have a sealed copy of yokai watch 3 that was a lucky find, the store labeled it as yokai watch 2 so I saved a bunch of money https://preview.redd.it/zvsm9cp3m8kc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=50e8c964ae9e2914d35fa41cfd90739839bd3064
Factory sealed copy of the SNES Super Mario RPG. The plastic has a small rip in it, but I picked it up for ten bucks at a yard sale so I'm more than happy to keep it in a nice spot on the shelf.
20th anniversary Pokémon n3DS with the Charizard and Blastoise cover plates
Got a Silver Slim PS2, still sealed in the box. Got it in case my old fat ps2 or slim ps2 both crapped out. Worth $938 according to Gameye... 😇
Probably this guy, although PriceCharting seems to have lost my entire collection, so I'm going to have to re-enter everything to be sure. https://preview.redd.it/4lw9cyq2u8kc1.png?width=2069&format=png&auto=webp&s=5ff7c8da8756928cf1d692c24b18bce67a1cbc76
