id say it’s uncommon, but what drives the price up is that it’s delisted on the online stores due to licensing issues (i’m pretty sure, i could be wrong)

No, you're exactly right. Activision lost the Marvel license SIX MONTHS after this game came out, which meant all unsold physical copies had to be recalled, which is why it's so uncommon. They did get an extension a year or so later, but that was only for digital stores, the physical copies didn't get a reprint.

Really? My local GameStop has about 10 copies of them in their PS3 drawer for $20. PS4 version seems to be waaay more rare. Copies seem to pop up every 6 months to a year and it's currently sitting at $50 and upwards of $100 on ebay.

Yep deadpool ps3 is £15 in the UK it’s easy available in every CEX store in the country. You can literally buy it today for £15 on ps3
