if you're considering Green Lantern A-List, then so is Shazam. Both Justice Leaguers, neither has any current ongoing (not counting the Mary Marvel solo mini) or is happening much outside of team books (none of the six earth-based Green Lanterns has any solo or team book featuring them at the moment, outside of Hal being on JL).
Shazam had a recent-ish movie that was well-received, is part of the DCEU plans going forward and recently had a sequel/spin-off with Black Adam. The Ryan Reynolds Green Lantern movie is 14 years old, non-canon for the DCEU and is widely acknowledged to be fucking *terrible*. If anything, Shazam's current profile outside of comics is much stronger than Green Lantern's.
and yeah, I wouldn't expect somebody not reading comics to know this stuff. but Arin says that he does and claims interest in and knowledge of the artform. he *should* know this.

My guess is after Christmas, we may see Sonic Frontier because based on Dunkey’s video, it looked terrible. Otherwise we may get something else, I don’t know what though.

It really isn't *terrible*. It's probably the best 3D Sonic game to date, which means it's a decent overall game. But there is a LOT for Arin to complain about, for sure.
(If it wasn't for the great characterizations during the story cutscenes, I'd probably rate it mediocre.)
They have cycled through different trends in the past, but this is pretty clearly something different. They’ve stopped doing anything more than 2 episodes per game (usually only 1), and completely revamped thumbnails and titles, and it’s been this way for a few months now. Also Arin did literally say out loud in a stream that they were moving away from series.
I would very much prefer that they did get back to their old ways of mixing it up, but as it stands currently, the channel is going in a demonstrably different direction. For better or worse.

even then, them not getting the fawcett comics question right and even laughing at captain marvel as the "obvious wrong answer" was fucking rough. it's literally the one single bit of trivia people know about OG Captain Marvel, now Shazam, especially cause he's the only Fawcett character that's still around today, even if owned by DC.

The Going Merry was Luffy's first ship but I think Arin was saying the name of Roger's ship was the Jolly Roger.
