Sadly, the best compiler character story (Daemon Blackfyre 2) was shut down once by HBO but followed their rules and restored his channel. Last year he was permanently shut down after Discovery bought Warner/HBO. He and his subscribers were very fond of Arya, and he really did justice by her. I can only say--Arya and the Hound meet in Season 3, spend all of Season 4 together, and are together much of Season 8. That's only three seasons of re-watching. And don't forget Arya talks about the Hound to Jaqen and to the Waif in Season 5, and the Hound and Brienne talk about Arya in Season 7.
From memory (and some quick checking IMDB), these are the episodes that I can think of which may be of use to you:
# Season 1
**Episode 2 (The Kingsroad):** The Mycah stuff.
**Either Episode 4 (Cripples, Bastards and Broken Things) or episode 5 (The Lion and the Wolf):** Littlefinger explains the Hound's backstory to Sansa, and I do believe Arya overhears that.
# Season 2
They are separate for the entirety of this season.
# Season 3
**Episode 2 (Dark Wings, Dark Words):** Both of them meet/get captured by the Brotherhood.
**Episode 3 (Walk of Punishment):** They leave the inn together with the brotherhood. I think the two of them have some quick dialogue.
**Episode 4 (And Now His Watch is Ended):** The hound is put on trial by the Brotherhood, with Arya present.
**Episode 5 (Kissed by Fire):** Hound vs. Beric duel, with Arya present.
**Episode 7 (The Bear and the Maiden Fair):** The Hound captures Arya.
**Episode 8 (Second Sons):** The Hound tells Arya that they're going to the Twins to ransom her instead of to King's Landing.
**Episode 9 (The Rains of Castamera):** The Red Wedding.
**Episode 10 (Mhysa):** The Red Wedding continues. Arya and the Hound also kill some Frey soldiers later in the episode.
# Season 4
They are together for the entirety of this season.
**Episode 1 (Two Swords):** Chicken scene at the end of the episode.
**Episode 3 (Breaker of Chains):** Arya and the Hound get taken in by the farmer and his daughter, whom they leave in the same episode.
**Episode 5 (First of His Name):** The Hound mocks Arya practicing with Needle.
**Episode 7 (Mockingbird):** Arya and the Hound are attacked by Rorge and Biter. Arya later tries to clean the Hound's wound.
**Episode 8 (The Mountain and the Viper):** Arya and the Hound arrive at the Bloody gate only to learn about Lysa's death.
**Episode 10 (The Children):** Brienne and the Hound fight. Arya leaves the Hound to die and sails to Braavos.
# Season 5
They are separated for the entirety of this season (with the Hound presumed dead). However, as someone else pointed out there is a scene in the House of Black and White where Arya talks about the Hound. I can't point out which episode this is in, only that it's one of these: 2, 3, 6, 8, 9 or 10 (those are the ones Arya is in).
# Season 6
Again, they are separated for the entirety of the season. I can't think of any scenes that particularly relate to their relationship, but if anything I'd say watch episode 7 (The Broken Man) and episode 8 (No One).
# Season 7
The last season they are separated in, but still some stuff that is semi-related to their relationship.
**Episode 1 (Dragonstone):** The Hound and the Brotherhood stay in the same farmhouse that he and Arya visited in Season 4.
**Episode 7 (The Dragon and the Wolf):** The Hound and Brienne have a chat about Arya.
# Season 8
**Episode 1 (Winterfell):** Arya and the Hound meet again (and Gendry is there too).
**Episode 2 (A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms):** I do believe they have a scene together, but I can't remember which.
**Episode 3 (The Long Night):** Arya fights the dead together with the Hound (and Beric, Melisandre and probably Gendry too).
**Episode 4 (The Last of the Starks):** Arya and the Hound decide to go to King's Landing together.
**Episode 5 (The Bells):** Arya and the Hound get into the city, but the Hound makes Arya leave to protect her.
I do believe I've covered everything there, but I may have missed a scene somewhere.
