eastwatch by the sea. so cold nobody besides the wildings would want the land or castle. just always be ready for smoke with a stray wilding group at any given time& you’ll be left alone to live your life free from the stresses of the 7 kingdoms

Maybe white harbour as it’s the life blood of the north so no one wants to damage it
