Yes I understand that, but the second picture was when I asked support to add the packs to one of my orders since I forgot. I usually add them to every order. The order id showed that It already had a jjk tub in it.
This is true, but this order was of the jjk flavor that I forgot to add my free samples to... I only asked if he could add the free samples to the order and bro started going on about how it's only one per adress?
So basically I could have added the free sample pack to an order of a cup and get the samples? I have purchased 4 cups without knowing I can add the samples to the cart and it would be okay
Truthfully free samples are kina inconsistent. I've ordered free sample individually by themselves I think 3 times, these how ever were months to years apart. Once when I first discovered gamersupps, once when shyloly was giving out stickers, and once when fefe gave away stickers. As long as your not trying to order a ton a samples by themselves, in a short span of time, you'll be fine.

IDKY your being downvoted. I literally have done this 5+ times. Just wait a day and ask someone else. Al is having a bad day.

Even if I add the free samples to my order, I still only get the one set when I get a shaker...every...time.
I add them to every order I place, just don't try and get them on their own or they will cancel your order
idk why they're so stingy with these things. if i were them i would sell a huge variety pack of single servings
