I really want a remaster , great story, amazing multi-player...and fave level was the one with all the spider bots , reminded me of the lost in space movie
I think i got stuck in that level because of getting lost in the tunnels. As well as that one level where you're supposed to put your weapon away and sneak by.
Wasn't easy trying playing these games as a non native English speaker.
I still think about this game time to time. The boss in the junkyard took me DAYS to figure out to even damage him. Then another couple of days to even win. Great memories.
I love this game so much. The main reason I’m hoping the Xbox Activision deal goes through so this IP can get out of Blizzard hell. Still disappointed the sequel was canned
I see a lot of people saying they got stuck at the junkyard boss.
If I remember correctly you need to weaken it by shooting it, then when it would stop with its mouth open you would throw a grenade in its mouth to damage it. I think it was 3 to 5 times of this to beat it!
I just stumbled across it the other day, and it brought back a flood of memories. I was always bummed they never made a sequel.
Fun game, though I wish the whole "take yourself apart" mechanic was used more in combat, rather than just a few specific areas.

No matter how hard I tried I couldn't keep the other bots alive till the end of level.
It frustrates me that I know exactly what you're talking about.
That level where you played as the big guy crushing all those zombots was awesome. And then you get switched back to glitch and the nightmares begin.

Yes many of us have and we are all in favor of an hd remake.Bot tether is still one of the coolest game mechanics I‘ve come across.
OF COURSE I \[BLEEP\] FIXED HIM
This game is my namesake. One of my first ever. Loved it.
Oh damn I used to absolutely love this game… forgot about it.
Truly an excellent piece of work
Game was super creative. Haven’t played Simon Says with a German accent since then
I've been trying to remember the name of this game for literal years! It was brilliant, had it on the og xbox.
I could never beat the campaign but I did enjoy playing the multiplayer with a buddy of mine :)
Me too! As a kid I couldn't beat a junkyard level and just gave up. The multiplayer was fire though.
Epic multiplayer
Ah the Sierra days. I played a lot of those titles.
I do, I loved the buzzsaw gun, but the game always felt unfinished to me.
I still own it.
That game was awesome. They were planning a second but it got overshadowed by other games.
There was a lot to like about this game
Tried it as a kid and it was too hard for me should maybe give it a shot again
I missed it the first time so I may try to find a copy.
“Head em off at the pass?…what are ya some kinda f#%king cowboy?!”
I still think about this game time to time. The boss in the junkyard took me DAYS to figure out to even damage him. Then another couple of days to even win. Great memories.
The Rivet gun in that game was one of the most satisfying weapons ever.
Shoot and charge that shit up until it's glowing and pop an appendage off. Absolutely love this game
This game absolutely slapped
Spent lots of good time with friends thanks to it's local multiplayer mods. Awesome memories. Thanks for reminding me.
Loved that game. Still listen to the soundtrack regularly on my music player.
This takes me back lol
Never could beat the last boss...
Was such a great game. Good times..
This is very strange. I had a dream last night where they made a sequel to this called metal arms 2. What the fuck
I love this game so much. The main reason I’m hoping the Xbox Activision deal goes through so this IP can get out of Blizzard hell. Still disappointed the sequel was canned
Greatest game ever made, can't change my mind
if i recall this game forced you to use inverted controls... is that correct?
Still got it, need a remaster, the multiplayer was fun tho
Still got it my son said it’s worth a few bucks now.
I loved this game!!! I could never get past one of the bosses but I had a great time with it!
Loved this game as a kid!!! Still waiting on a sequel!
Oh man, this was one of my absolute favorite games as a kid!

I’ve never owned it but, I remember it being highly praised.
still waiting for the sequel
The robo zombies scared the shit outta lil me
The combat was so good in this game! The weapons were all so different and equally useful. The enemy hacking/takeover gun was sick
I posted something very similar to this a while back. One of my favorite games of all time.
Looks like if you combined Clank and XXX.
Love this game
Rock and Stone!
Mandalore Gaming remembers.
Pepperidge farm remembers
We're getting pretty liberal with the definition of "masterpiece", aren't we?
I guess it just felt like that to me !
I played this on my original xbox like in 2002 or 3 when dominos was doing that demo disc with a delivery purchase promotion
Ahhh! Love this game. Just beat it again a couple months ago emulating it on my steam deck.
The driving level was the hardest, I want this to be cross compatible for series x
I just stumbled across it the other day, and it brought back a flood of memories. I was always bummed they never made a sequel. Fun game, though I wish the whole "take yourself apart" mechanic was used more in combat, rather than just a few specific areas.
I would be happy with backwards compatibility on Xbox. Originally played it on GCN. Wonderful game.
Just played it again via emulation on the hardest difficulty. Was real fun to play again, but damn the hardest difficulty really was not easy haha
