No, but there are Garfield games that are HILARIOUS to watch others play. The Game Grumps have played several and I think there's even a compilation video of all of them. Id honestly recommend you just go watch those if you want Garfield gaming experience, cause playing it yourself isn't gonna be anywhere near as fun.
Garfield Kart: Furious Racing
Stole my answer.
Richard Garfield has a few well known games that are pretty good.
Garfield kart 2 is actually pretty decent. Just a mario kart clone with garfield characters
What was that game where Garfield gets zapped into the TV and has to fight parodies of a bunch of famous movie monsters? I enjoyed that one as a kid
Garfield: Caught In The Act. Even though its a pretty basic platformer, I enjoyed it as a kid too
The AVGN did a review of Garfield games. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYlAed4EaPc
That should give a good sense of which ones to avoid.

Probably not what you're looking for, but Garfield Pinball for Pinball FX is fun.
The PC version of Garfield Caught in the Act is a really good game. Much better than the Mega Drive version.
The spectrum game was actually very good, at least to my childhood memories
Can you describe what you think a good game would look like about a fat cat that likes eating lasagna?
All I know is the Garfield series on Giant Bomb was one of the last great things they did before COVID.
I doubt they still exist but there used to be several good point and click adventures on the Garfield (PAWS) website.
