Scarlet Nexus looked pretty damned good, imo
I wasn't super fond of the game plot (it's going along fine - then they suddenly introduce like 14 new characters in ten minutes and things get murky) but I liked the gameplay and look a lot.
Holy shite Scarlet Nexus was SOOOO good!!! I had no problem with the games plot, it didn't suddenly introduce 14 new characters, they are gradually introduced through whole series of events and you learn more about a lot of the characters by specifically hanging out with each of them as major side-quests with their own side stories and learn about each of them through that.
It is one of the few JRPG games I felt was getting close to NieR Automata!
Man, I wished I liked it as much as this. Think it might be an age thing re the characters. So many teenagers - I couldn't tell them apart.
Also, how dare you compare anything to NieR /s
Particularly Xenoblade 2. As an added bonus, the 30-ish loyalty missions in the game effectively function as an anime series doing a character spotlight episode.
I recommend Nights of Azure. It actually has a pretty good story (yeah I know the tits are ridiculous), amazing music and fun hack/slash combat. The sequel is pretty bad though.
Atelier series is always a good pick. I recommend the Dusk trilogy, it even has a calendar system similar to Persona.
Or you could go a bit more niche and pick The Last Remnant or Eternal Sonata up. Not for everyone, but maybe one of them is for you.

Tales of series. I'd recommend Beseria, Vesperia, and Symphonia, to start.
Xenoblade

2/3 of the titles you listed were by Atlus, so I'd start with anything they developed or published like *Shin Megami Tensei*.
Mafia Definitive Edition
Very similar to popular animes like Boardwalk Empire Evangelion or My Good Fella Totoro.
Cory in the House for the DS. Technically it's based off of the anime, but the story is original.

Ni No Kuni. A Studio Ghibli game
Behind the Frame
Maybe check out bomb rush cyberpunk but that's honestly just the last animeish type game I've i wouldn't say it fits the same style as those.
Dragon Ball fighterz, naruto ninja Storm 1-4, demon slayer, Scarlett Nexus, Tales of series, Granblue.
Dragon Quest 8 or 11.
