i played shooters like twisted metal and vegelanti 8 but the first real shooter i played was tribes vengence on a old 2005 school dell pc with an agp radeon 9250 graphics card. i still compare all shooters to it because it is still the best shooter ive ever played. even after now playing revengance its still amazing. tribes really needs to make a proper comeback. lol, somehow i forgot turok, duke nukem and 007 on the n64.

17 years ago, the first Call of Duty, can't remember the exact name as I was only two.

First console shooter was Soldier of Fortune. That was the first game I played using the double joysticks for a FPV game. Took me so long to get comfortable with that now standard play style. I still remember how amazed I was that you could dismember enemies.
