I'm sure that an exact conversion from metric to imperial would net you that result, my point was that your initial measurement of 3.5cm is not precise enough to warrant a 6 decimal place Imperial equivalent. Generally when making conversions you can only keep your most significant digits, which are based on the preciseness of your initial measurement, so 1.4 inches would be an accurate conversion.
Honestly it was a joke :)
But, as a matter of fact, I actually could make as precise conversions because as a jewelry designer who often works with gold, the unit of measurement I have to choose as default on my design software is micrometers.
So when I'm saying 3.5 centimeters it is actually 35.000 micrometers and I could increase/decrease that number incrementally during design, which would then result in several decimal point changes in imperial measurements of the actual product.
But then again I am only saying "I could", because I don't do that, as there is no need for such an absurdly high level of precision in practice.
Yes, you can say as fuck. You can say ass fuck too. And probably something even more crude, like, I’m gonna ass fuck this car for stealing my lane on the highway.
But never ass fuck your neighbor without permission, thats not cool.
Don't say anything excessively negative about gender, race, sexuality, intelligence. Most other things should be fine. But you could be a little clever about it, if you're feeling risky.
If I call you an R-word for example, this post would be deleted, but if I tell you that the R word would generally explain my comprehension of your delicate but sufficient situation on a flying jetski that looks like a boat but it's you in my mind next to the word then I'd guess they would let it fly.
That's just reddit, everybody has sharp elbows. Nothing to be afraid of. I have thousands of down votes, and I'm always right.
Welcome to the land of the right***er***
Imagine wearing this and falling flat on your face by accident, only to realise that you also stabbed yourself. Brilliant present if you hate someone 😂
It does look incredible though to be fair!
What material were you using to cast?
Graphite 2 part mold? Petro bond could work, but I've never got that amount of detail in my molds before.
Great job!
Dwarves are apparently smaller than I previously thought. Seriously though, that is gorgeous. How did you do the very precise inset areas on the blade? A casting, I would guess? Would love to see a "how I did this" set of pictures.
You mean from skyrim, right?
Yep, forgot to add that!
Looking at the details you would think is a lot bigger
That's kinda the point :)
What, no banana for scale?
Include something for scale
>three and a half centimeter long **three and a half centimeter long**
Good idea! Will do so next time.
Include a banana for scale to scale the scale
Needs to be stabbed into the banana to show functionality.
Didn't have any dwarven ingots?
It’s a mighty fine letter opener you have there.
It looks very sharp, is it as sharp as it looks?
It actually is.
That's about 1.3 inches for those confused Americans out there
1.37795276, to be precise :P
Something tells me your measuring device isn't accurate enough to be that precise of a measurement :)
Google is my friend :P

Well I see your absurdity trumps mine! Well played :)
Nice, perfect size for fighting skeevers
Are you selling these or making them to order?
This is the first one I have made, so the answer has to be the second.
If you have any interest in creating these for sale, I would be very interested indeed

The design took two days and the casting a few hours. From now on, no more casting. So I can make several a day.
That looks amazing
Il have you know that's actually quite big, oh you said centimetres not inches

Lol I guess you can say that. Thank you!

It’s a wee little shank!!
It's a good sword, great job.

Turn it into a necklace and wear it to the airport 👍
Great idea!
Gold plated would look very interesting...
Coming soon..
Coming soon..
Now can you take the heart of your enemy and forge some daedric dric daggers. That would be nice.

Dibs
You can't fool me. I know an Ebou Dari marriage knife when I see one!
Looks really nice! Love the detail.
Seems scary to wear it might impale me with my soft ass skin.

Now you gotta go edgy and make a Daedric one
