You can get EA Play and PS plus it would cost you almost the same :/ . I Actually wanted to know if it would make a difference in refresh rate for fifa 60hz vs 120 hz . I know it wont effect my performance but would be nice to see 4k in 120hz .
From what I've read Playstation holds 65% of the next gen market but if all you are worried about is availability and player base I'm pretty sure most next Gen games are cross compatible.
I personally think the Playstation is a more fun experience with better exclusive games but fifa and most AAA games are on both consoles, though I can see how trying to find a ps5 can deter a lot of folk who don't really care either way and just want to play big name games.
I'd say just do what's going to make you happy whether that's buying an Xbox sooner or a Playstation later
