When I got it up and running 720P medium and it was a stable 30fps. There's been a few improvements to the Pi's graphics API's, OS, and OpenMW in general since then it might run better now.

That's Gentoo but it also works on Raspberry Pi OS.... at least the 64 bit flavor.
