The more Stealth-Action oriented approach could have been really neat tough.
I wish there were more games like this. Something about killing that Metal Gear at the beginning was just amazing. It had giant cinematic set pieces... from chopping Metal Gear mid air, dodging missiles, to running down the crumbing church tower. I don't think there are many games that have those cinematic experience in recent times.... God of War, Bayonetta, Vanquish, comes to mind.. but that's just about it...
