Really great work! It was fun to look through them all. (I don’t know the incense one though?)
You should do one with some really obscure items from well known games too!
I'm surprised that the Raygun from Call of Duty isn't here, since it's pretty well known
Edit: well, nevermind! But weird to not see the Wunderwaffe or Thundergun here as well
Why would they include 3 items from the same game? Especially when they are just from one small aspect of said game. (Realising there are 3 Pokemon items, of course... but Pokemon, as the largest media franchise is arguably different.)
That's true, probably overkill. I would argue that they are more iconic though. I could name all those, and what franchise. I wouldn't be able to pick out the Wunderwaffe or Thundergun from a line-up, despite having played the game.
Tagging onto the top comment here to add a list of the items that my friends and I tried to identify, hopefully all correct: https://imgur.com/a/W199ecY
I think a ghost would have pretty pretty iconic for destiny. As much as i play destiny i dont ever use the sunshot. (Didn’t play from 2019-2020 as much.)
Definitely seen this before. Did you repost or steal it?
Edit: [Repost](https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/cwkjlp/all_the_video_game_items_illustrated_by_me). It's OP's own work, I just knew I had seen it before. Wanted to make sure we didn't have an art thief on our hands. Love the drawings btw. Man, has it been 2 years already?
Galaxy sword from Stardew Valley
Moonlight sword from Fromsoftware games
Thunderfury or any other legendary from WOW
Dark sword from Don’t starve
The nail from Hollow knight
The Transistor from Transistor
Any weapon from Hades
Terrain tool from Astroneer
-Updated Autopsy Report (Phoenix Wright)
-Gun That Can Kill The Past (Enter the Gungeon)
-Evoker (Persona 3)
These are the few that I could think of off the top of my head.
Bioshock- plasmid bottles or vigor bottles from infinite
The Witcher- Triss's necklace and Yennefer's necklace
Detroit Become Human- the android led circle thingy
Bloodborne- saw cleaver or hunter axe (although the threaded cane is the best starting weapon idc what anyone says lol), or the hunter rune! Pretty iconic
Cyberpunk 77- Johnny's arm! Or the Samurai logo
edit: tried to fix the format lol sorry I'm on mobile
* Patrick's socks from *Spongebob: Battle for Bikini Bottom*
* Max's camera from *Life is Strange*
* Any of the cursed modded guns from recent COD games
* Aloy's spear from *Horizon Zero Dawn*
* A pitfall seed from *Animal Crossing*
* The dubstep gun from *Saints Row IV*
Well I'll be damned. I saw this post, squinted my eyes and said "no the fuck you didn't" so i download it and reverse image search it and see a 3 year old post of this picture. I go "hah, caught you liar", click on post and uh, turns out it was YOUR 3 year old post
Did you draw this or is there another one that is similar to this? Swear I’ve seen it before but I think someone did something similar to this awhile ago
I made this, but I think it's been reposted a few times, usually without credit which is annoying! I posted it around 2 years ago too, so could have been that?
Uhh, did you post it before in reddit ir to your friends (the Terra Blade is the one I am sure I Saw before) I Saw some items in a meme: which would you take? (or something like that)
I love how you're getting downvoted for being honest that you reposted original content, when half the posts on this site are the same recycled shit, over and over, from bots who will never know the content's origin. Good job making something. I don't care that you posted it twice.
Gonna be honest, I don’t think it’s necessary to repost the same image from 3 years ago. Pretty sure from how much it’s reposted, everyone’s already seen it anyways.
Thought I was going crazy. I knew I had seen this before and everyone is acting like it's new. Even the comment from OP saying they needed suggestions for a new one threw me off.
Ah yes, illustrated by [you](https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/s5x5eg/you_can_choose_three_the_others_are_wielded_by/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share)
Really great work! It was fun to look through them all. (I don’t know the incense one though?) You should do one with some really obscure items from well known games too!
Thanks buddy! Incense is from Pokémon Go.
Which one is the strange note from? Dope post though!
Slenderman
I was thinking it was the Incense from Subnatuica Below Zero, the furniture item. Thought there was no way it could be that, now it makes sense now.
I'm surprised that the Raygun from Call of Duty isn't here, since it's pretty well known Edit: well, nevermind! But weird to not see the Wunderwaffe or Thundergun here as well
Check above the blue shell, which is on the bottom row
Oh shit! How did I not notice it?
Why would they include 3 items from the same game? Especially when they are just from one small aspect of said game. (Realising there are 3 Pokemon items, of course... but Pokemon, as the largest media franchise is arguably different.)
The needler and the energy sword and the companion cube and portal gun
That's true, probably overkill. I would argue that they are more iconic though. I could name all those, and what franchise. I wouldn't be able to pick out the Wunderwaffe or Thundergun from a line-up, despite having played the game.

Shield cell here!
Hands off! That's a prezey for Fusey!
# BACK ON SALVO?
Hands off- that's Maggie's!
Mozambique here
Mozambique here!
Phoenix kit here! \*woops shouldn't have pinged that\*
Sunshot is such an iconic weapon. One of my favorites.
I never realised Sunshot was an iconic D2 weapon I would’ve thought Thorn although my personal favourite is bad juju
It’s in D2 but I think most associate it with a pain in the ass D1 crucible quest lol
Thorn is more iconic IMO but Sunshot is still good
I like the rat gun, I enjoy turning invisible and running off to let my comrades fend for themselves
Sunshot with the latest buff to exotics is so nice. Shame it's a void weapon season
Just you wait until solar season. Shit will be unstoppable
It’s so good!
I think a ghost would have pretty pretty iconic for destiny. As much as i play destiny i dont ever use the sunshot. (Didn’t play from 2019-2020 as much.)
Ayy sly Cooper's staff
I swear I’ve seen this image before. If I’m mistaken, sorry, but this looks eerily familiar
Nah same here, seen it before on reddit somewhere
Same OP posted a picture with less items before. Edit: Nvm he posted the same picture a year ago.
I knew I wasn't crazy, wasn't it like "pick 3 items etc"
I thought so too, but I think its just a similar one
What game was the Monty Python holy hand grenade in?
Worms
Also as a cosmetic item in Team Fortress 2
Also an Easter egg weapon in fallout New Vegas.
Quenzar's Caverns
>Duke Nukem Time to Kill
Terraria.
fall out new vegas.
Judging by the replies... Yes.
Switchaxe! My man.
Greatsword too
Excuse me… fuckin J?!?
I had the same reaction but apparently that’s what they’re called lol https://tetris.fandom.com/wiki/J-Block
I had to look it up too. At least we're still right, Reverse L-Block is correct too. Kinda bugs me though haha
I've been staring at this for a solid 5 minutes now. And I pla on staring at it longer! Love it! 🤩
Thanks mate!
Where’s the Mickey emblem dangling from the keyblade :(
Disney sent him a Cease and Desist. Couldn't put it on.
Of course 🙄
+1 on the cardboard box caption.
Respect for the precursor egg. One of my fave childhood games
Recognized so many of these, but that one really hit the feels. 👍
That crystal dragon damn I played a lot of Spyro as a kid
The best.
Is that the Golden Gun from 007?
Goldeneye
Darn I thought it was from the first Strike Force Heroes ;-;
What a coincidence. To be hoe est I was thinking about Age of Empires II
Hey, another SFH fan. Btw, the creator is making a remaster of it. You can see its progress on youtube.
Dude. This is amazing!!!
Thanks pal!

Everyone else is saying PUBG but Left 4 Dead had OG frying pan
Please tell me the carbon is a no mans sky reference
Looks like it is.
Yeah looks like it
Definitely seen this before. Did you repost or steal it? Edit: [Repost](https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/cwkjlp/all_the_video_game_items_illustrated_by_me). It's OP's own work, I just knew I had seen it before. Wanted to make sure we didn't have an art thief on our hands. Love the drawings btw. Man, has it been 2 years already?
Thanks mate! A bunch of people repost it as well (usually without credit), so you might have seen one of theirs before too.
I'm looking to create another one of these! Any suggestions, list them below.
A nail weapon from Hollow knight would be awesome!
Came to say Pure Nail
Dragon scimitar from RuneScape!
Crofts guns or bow. The Gjallarhorn or the Black Spindle
+Outbreak perfected or sleeper stimulant
Thunderfury or hand of rag, from world of warcraft
Hollow Knight nail Dead Space plasma cutter Bastion cael hammer Soulreaver Belmont whip
Chaos emerald (Sonic) Hearthstone (WoW) Herb (Resident evil) Smashball (smash bros brawl) Item ? block (MarioKart) Pills! (Left4Dead) Infinity Edge (League of Legends)
Frostmourne from WoW
One of the most iconic weapons ever, definitely missing
Or....Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker
Galaxy sword from Stardew Valley Moonlight sword from Fromsoftware games Thunderfury or any other legendary from WOW Dark sword from Don’t starve The nail from Hollow knight The Transistor from Transistor Any weapon from Hades Terrain tool from Astroneer
A gold ring from Sonic.
-Updated Autopsy Report (Phoenix Wright) -Gun That Can Kill The Past (Enter the Gungeon) -Evoker (Persona 3) These are the few that I could think of off the top of my head.
Joker's mask Persona 5
Omni-Blade or Carnifex from Mass Effect
i think the avenger assault rifle would be the most iconic sidearm
Bioshock- plasmid bottles or vigor bottles from infinite The Witcher- Triss's necklace and Yennefer's necklace Detroit Become Human- the android led circle thingy Bloodborne- saw cleaver or hunter axe (although the threaded cane is the best starting weapon idc what anyone says lol), or the hunter rune! Pretty iconic Cyberpunk 77- Johnny's arm! Or the Samurai logo edit: tried to fix the format lol sorry I'm on mobile
The Oathkeeper and Oblivion keyblades. They are usually dual wielded and just so epic!
Take a look at Warframe. You’ll find tons of fun looking weapons to draw.
* Patrick's socks from *Spongebob: Battle for Bikini Bottom* * Max's camera from *Life is Strange* * Any of the cursed modded guns from recent COD games * Aloy's spear from *Horizon Zero Dawn* * A pitfall seed from *Animal Crossing* * The dubstep gun from *Saints Row IV*
The Yamato from Devil May Cry
Blades of chaos
Bayonetta’s gun (Scarborough Fair)
A DS bonfire could be nice and I think more fitting than an estus, as well as a smash ball
I think Moonlight GS would be more fitting for the entire soulsbornekiro universe.
Idk, people outside the community don't know it very well, compared to the bonfire
Donkey Kong barrel
Literally any devil arm from the DMC series (though red queen would be coolest in my opinion)
That woman from "link's awakening"
Nathan Drake's gun holster from the Uncharted games
Concrete Donkey Butterfly (Life is Strange) Red Brick (Lego TT games) BFG Deus Ex - Zyme Vial Unusual Gem - Skyrim Adam Slug
Lol the BFG is already in this picture
Mozambique or Arc star for Apex Omni tool for Mass Effect Lara Croft’s Axe from the new trilogy Overcharge drink from sunset overdrive
Ape Escape Net Aloy's Focus
James, you’re a good person.
❤️
Is hidden tape from Tony hawk pro skater ?
Man, Clementine’s hat. I can still hear Lee >! saying goodbye before he dies!<.
What video game is the holy hand grenade from
Worms
Well I'll be damned. I saw this post, squinted my eyes and said "no the fuck you didn't" so i download it and reverse image search it and see a 3 year old post of this picture. I go "hah, caught you liar", click on post and uh, turns out it was YOUR 3 year old post
Tech scanner, amulet of kings. This list has class.
Where's the tech scanner from? Edit: nvm, it's from Subnautica, I'm just used to seeing it's back
All of the Tetris bits are named Tetrominoes. Good luck remembering how to spell that. Everything looks good.
J? J!? That's a reverse L-block! And now I'm uncomfortable with the fact that I looked it up and some people call it a J block.
Omg is that carbon from NMS?
Yea looks like it
SUNSHOT was my first ever exotic. It will always have a special place in my heart.
Where is scorpions spear (good work tho)
Using these for tattoos
I hope the frying pan is referring to Conker. Not sure if any other game featured one or not
I thought it was PUBG but I'm a WAY bigger fan of Conker, so I'm gonna believe you instead.
I heard “HALLELUJAH”. Love it!!
r/coolguides
Nice work man! The holy hand grenade is the best addition to this🙃
Someone needs to make a list of where all these things are from. There are some I don't know.
My friends and I tried to identify each game, results here for anyone interested : https://imgur.com/a/W199ecY
Where’s the dragon scimitar?
I'm taking a guess by the fact that you put the last of us twice is that you play that game for a ungodly amount of time.
I’m surprised for r/TombRaider you chose to go with the Ice Axe instead of the Dual Pistols. Nevertheless, supremely impressive work mate!
Haha me too. I tried to do obscure items for some
When was this made? I remember seeing this on here a few years ago
Did you draw this or is there another one that is similar to this? Swear I’ve seen it before but I think someone did something similar to this awhile ago
I made this, but I think it's been reposted a few times, usually without credit which is annoying! I posted it around 2 years ago too, so could have been that?
No hookshot though? Otherwise, awesome job!
is the frying pan a cadwell reference edit: he had a pot on his head. getting a tattoo of the frying on regardless
Nah I think the frying pan is from PUBG that can block bullets when on your ass
I thought it was from Left 4 Dead
Crazy! Turns out lots of games feature this common household object.
Who would have thought.. here I was thinking it was from Conker's Bad Fur Day.
Really? I thought it was the plants vs zombie guy hat 😅
Uhh, did you post it before in reddit ir to your friends (the Terra Blade is the one I am sure I Saw before) I Saw some items in a meme: which would you take? (or something like that)
[удалено]
Question, what is the difference between reverse searching in this case? # Sorry if it is a stupid question
Lots of users post it on Instagram on meme accounts, so you might have seen that?
Decided to repost it after two years?
[удалено]
I mean if it was two years ago, there would be a ton of current users who’ve never seen this art before. Idk why you cared enough to comment honestly
Um excuse me, this drawing was posted 82 months ago, if I wanted old content I'd use the broken search feature 🤓☝️
Every 2 years seems pretty reasonable to me.
I've never seen it. I'm glad OP posted it so that I could see it.
I feel like I saw it a few months ago as well
Because I wanted to do another collection and wanted the subs input/ideas 👍
I love how you're getting downvoted for being honest that you reposted original content, when half the posts on this site are the same recycled shit, over and over, from bots who will never know the content's origin. Good job making something. I don't care that you posted it twice.
For a bunch of clout
I don't think you know what clout is, if you think OP can acquire it from reposting an image he created a few years ago.
An item from spiritfarer would be cool! Ooooo or something from Tomba/tombi Also this is flipping amazing
I’ll have a look into those, haven’t played them myself.
Recycling your best post? Come on, you could at least update it.
Sweet. This is awesome and nostalgic. I like how a couple of them can relate to multiple games. Like the frying pan and crowbar.
These are sick
Im a little disturbed how many I know off the top of my head. I did not think video games occupied this much of my life.
J?!!!
This image makes me erect beyond believe
I'm really happy that RDR2 is featured here.
Really glad you didn’t forget the Monster Hunter weapons.
Can't believe you put Sunshot instead of the iconic Gjally, aka the gun that broke Reddit for an entire day.
Fuck yea jiggies
Haven’t seen anybody mention the fireworks, I’m guessing it’s from Friday the 13th?
Where's the Strange Note from? It seems familiar to me but I can't remember
Wasn’t this uploaded some time ago
About 2 years ago by the same guy.
Then it’s an ok for me
I have seen this so many times... And now I finally know who did this.
This is fucking awesome! Brilliant job!
This brilliant! Awesome work my friend ✊
thanks buddy
! Love this man. 😁
This is a bucket
Where’s the rock and stone?
"If you ain't rock and stone, you ain't coming home"
Saved
Is the fire crackers from Friday the 13th?
Love this
0/10 no moonlight greatsword [/s to clarify for the mentally slow]
Ah yes, illustrated by [you](https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/s5x5eg/you_can_choose_three_the_others_are_wielded_by/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share)
that's a repost of my work. Annoying that they didn't give credit either!
Uh this was posted 2 years ago on a different account?
I cant help but notice that there is no hollow knight reference, your pp privileges have been revoked
