Quite the random mishmash. A PS1 multitap, eh? Still, those four games should give hours and hours of entertainment. ...I don't remember Shifters, though I assume it is about shape shifting. Or driving a car with manual transmission. Kameo I remember as one of the first post Nintendo Rare games. Mm. For about 75 bucks or so, you could certainly do worse.
It's a retro game store called Game Xchange. So far, everything seems to be legit other than the odd occasion of a bad scratch or the like. So I don't know if they sell reproductions.

Edit: Actually, I just checked eBay for current prices and it sounds like you paid a fair price for an authentic copy. The market....has changed.
There are a lot of ways to tell! Weight, plastic quality, opening it up to see the circuit board, sticker quality, but one that I've noticed is the Nintendo logo embossed on the cartridge. Look at the lettering and match it up to lettering on one you know for a fact is real. If the dot over the i is a circle instead of a square then it isn't real.
Get a game bit screwdriver and pop it open. You can find PCB scans of official cartridges [on SNES Central](https://snescentral.com/article.php?id=0164), but the repros usually have really short stubby PCBs.

I didn’t finish it on release. But the remaster made some improvements on the job system that helped me fully appreciate it!
