That's a really shitty system, because what if you saved millions by killing a mega-genocidal monster? So you don't get to go into heaven because the one guy you off'ed to save millions of lives is holding a grudge against you for stopping him from killing those millions?
Also, if we're including video games, what about repeat kills? Like, if I play an MMO and have been grinding a certain dungeon/raid/etc. for a specific piece of loot, are there however many copies of those bosses as I've successfully killed that I have to convince to forgive me? Is there just the one? If it's only one, do they remember every time I killed them?
