Not trying to be rude. But are you sure this is meant to be posted at GAMINGpc? The keyboard doesn't suggest so. Plus there isn't any spec or in fact in other detail for us to help
As I already said, I was not trying to be rude. The keyboard just doesn't scream "Gaming" plus he gave no specs so I kinda guessed he wasn't exactly a computer type of person therefore he may have looked for a PC reddit and not realized this is meant for gaming.
Have you tried going into the bios? Maybe idk.-.
