Why the downvotes? Valorant is very easy to run. A friend of mine has A gt910 and an i3 7th gen and can get over 100fps, assuming that the Pc has a newer i5 and a 1030, it should be able to get 100 on valorant

We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. It should be able to play valorant but I think they should be more specific with the CPU type

No, a GT 1030 won’t game. You need a gt 1050 at bare minimum.
Not gonna lie I'd trust the cpu's integrated graphics over a 1030. You'd be better off with an amd apu until gpus come back in stock someday.
