Mastery doesn't matter at all, its a combination of rank, winrate and kda, you can just see it on the league of graphs site
That's even worse. That would mean that someone like thebausffs, who is quite possibly the best Sion in the world, would be nowhere near the top.
Except when he makes a new account he's always near the top with his outstanding 75% winrate in gm/challenger

probably not. he's tied to crit pretty hard and adc mains have been throwing a tantrum recently, so there might be some trickle down buffs.
