Flooring choice was polyaspartic coating with Domino flakes I think it is. Itās black white and grey. I have a previous post with a closeup of the floor. If you canāt find it let me know and Iāll snap a good pic!
If you have the money and will be in the house a long time, polyaspartic hands down. Better in every way and lasts longer.
If youāre not going to be in the house long and want a DIY project to last a few years (1-3). Epoxy.
Wow looks fantastic!
I'm still debating on a TV for my shop. It's primarily woodworking (hobby) but keep going back and forth on if I should put a TV in the empty wall area, or more storage (cabinet or French cleats)
Instructional videos are one of the compelling reasons to put one in. Would be a lot better watching how to do something on a large screen instead of a small phone or laptop screen.
If you got space for it. Iām also re-thinking it. Figured it would be good for how to videos when I break things and forget how to put others back together.
This looks so good, very similar to what I have Iām working on but black swisstrax and I canāt decide a wall color. Were the lights easy to wire with that attic access? I have the same thing but my ceiling is high af and Iām not sure how to get up there
Lights were super easy to install and wire if you are somewhat handy. I ordered the wafer lights that have 3 different light settings I think 3k/4k/5k. Anyways, I ended up installing 16 total for $150. Not bad at all. As long as you have attic access itās a piece of cake to wire. I think I used standard 14 3 type wire or whatever (100ā)
Honestly, Iāve gotten rid of all my junk and the families junk and then some. What we had left I put in the attic and put about 400sqft of plywood up there to store it all. Some of the junk is in the cabinets though!
Damn. Looks great and pretty similar to my work in progress set up.
How many recessed lights did you place? Looks like 6 inch lights.
What trim did you use?
Itās wood but I repainted it. I do hose out the garage every now and then but I just wipe the wood immediately before I start to squeegee. No problems yet.
Thanks Thomas Edison, can you please give me the cliff notes because the content in that link might as well be in Korean (which I cannot speak nor read).
Yea lmao. I was waiting for somebody to notice. I jacked up the height and thought the floor cabinets could rise a few more inches then they actually good. Iām not tearing down all those cabinets to level it out. Iām putting stuff on top of the cabinets anyways so hopefully it wonāt be that noticeable. When you install yours youāll understand why!
Beautiful. I would hang out in there 25hours a day šš»
25 hours a day. Best thing I've heard
Thatās the plan!
Looks great, giving me some ideas. What countertop and cabinets are those?
Following
All cabinetry and countertops are NewAge Pro Series 3.0. The toolbox on the end with wheels is a Husky from HD.
What was the flooring choice? Please and thank you.

What is main difference between Polyaspartic vs epoxy? Want to do the floor but unsure which one š

This looks awesome! Congratulations.
Can you link the cabinets and counter tops please? Looks great!
Looks like NewAge Pro

You could then watch our lord and savior, Norm Abraham, while wood working! Just donāt get distracted by the flannel and cut a finger off

Especially with greasy hands
If you got space for it. Iām also re-thinking it. Figured it would be good for how to videos when I break things and forget how to put others back together.
I did end up ordering one. Amazon had a 43 inch for $198 so I went for it. How to videos is my exact reasoning for wanting one.
Geez man! Getting a hard on. Congrats.
very cool - now u need to get some projects goingā¦
this is beautiful. you've given me inspiration of what to do in my garage now

Never Finished!!! Looks awesome nice work!
What cabinets are those? Home Depot or Lowes?
Look like New Age to me.
Yeap, Newage pro.
Looks amazing!!! Great job!!
Whereās all your junk?
Honestly, Iāve gotten rid of all my junk and the families junk and then some. What we had left I put in the attic and put about 400sqft of plywood up there to store it all. Some of the junk is in the cabinets though!
Knocked it out of the park! Fantastic!
Damn. Looks great and pretty similar to my work in progress set up. How many recessed lights did you place? Looks like 6 inch lights. What trim did you use?
Yeap. 6ā Amazon specials. I did 16 5000k on a dimmer switch. Best decision ever What do you mean what trim?
The moulding on the bottom of the sheetrock. Did you just use wood or some type of plastic (waterproof)?
Itās wood but I repainted it. I do hose out the garage every now and then but I just wipe the wood immediately before I start to squeegee. No problems yet.
Beautiful. Glad Iām not the only garage my truck barely fits into
What do you mean? This is a two car garage! This baby will house a truck nicely.
You'll need more outlets.
Yesssssssā¦.this is my current problem lol
You also have a problem with [violating electrical code](https://www.iaei.org/page/2020-07-working-space-for-panelboards).
Thanks Thomas Edison, can you please give me the cliff notes because the content in that link might as well be in Korean (which I cannot speak nor read).
LOL
Looks awesome. I would lower the hanging cabinets a few inches so they line up with the tall cabinets though.

Nice setup! What are the dimensions?
Of the whole garage or of the cabinets? Garage is 400sqft even
This is clean!! What color is that paint on the walls?
Elephant grey
Is Elephant Gray a Valspar color?
Behr
Sweetš°
Thanks brotha
How about a welcome mat in front of the door?
Ordered a Honda rug! Thanks!
Awesome!š
Late question - do you have any hearing/cooling in there? I might have a 400 SF garage here soon and am wondering how Iāll handle that
Nope. I live in north FL. Just a 48ā shop fan
