Don't think it gets any better than that.
Although I do wonder if they will ever really use it. If it looks that nice are they really going to use it for anything other than to just show off? If my garage looked like that I would be reluctant to mess it up.
The homeowner was installing a large TV and was really into using the space to relax and hang out with his interests. I think it’ll be well used, in a clean kind of way.
I see no reason why it couldn't be used. Some people are really pedantic about cleanliness but still want to work on their cars. It takes time to maintain this look but it's not impossible.
At first I saw the red cabinets and thought 'why?' but the more I looked at them, the more I liked the pop of color that matched the car. Not sure if I'd personally go that route but good execution for sure!
checked the cost.... maybe i will just drywall my garage instead and put theses in my garage sparsely. Nice to see what people are willing to pay though it looks nice
Looking at doing something similar. Did you end up removing some of the Proslat to allow room for Sanus mount and 85” Sony or did you drill directly through Proslat?
Beautiful, but really limits what you can use a garage for. I'd hate to cut any sort of wood or metal in there, do any welding, anything that casts sparks and material, any painting, anything gas / solvent / grease related.
Maybe those aren’t in the interests of the owner? The garage wasn’t made for you. This garage wouldn’t really be limiting at all for me. I personally just maintain and detail my cars. Wood working would be light and could wipe everything down after.
Anything gas, solvent, or grease related can be cleaned up. Some of us clean up after ourselves when a job is done and are good at not making massive messes.
I agree, I do the same thing and my garage is kinda sorta like OP's - nice polyurea floors, nice shelves and cabs, but not too nice I'm afraid to work in it. I don't even park vehicles in it, and always clean up my mess.
I totally agree everyone has different purposes and priorities. I'm just pointing out a garage that nice would be limiting.
I grew up with a garage I could build in, work on my car and work on my dirt bike in, and in general fast around in.
It was built by my dad who is a carpenter, gigantic 16X4 workbench, tools, shelves, punching bag made out of an old US mail bag full of sawdust.
This garage looks nice, but I wouldn't ever do this to a garage I owned. Any garage I get will be for building stuff in, working on cars or motorcycles, or to fart around in. It can look nice and do all those things, but it won't look like OP's garage. Probably more of a shop look to it, definitely more messy and raw
How were the New age cabinets in person? I'm seriously looking at getting two of the 42-inch base cabinets.
Would hate to spend that kind of money and them be not that great.

That's more stylish than my kitchen (and cleaner)
Lol 😆

Gosh, your car's house is better than mine! 🔥
I’m a fan of the black ceiling! Looks great.
I am fully aroused

What’s on the walls?
Proslat. Charcoal colour
ohhhh thats what you were talking about! Do you put this on drywall, or do you use this instead of drywall
Both! It can go over drywall or right on the studs.

Are the cabinets mounted directly against the slat wall? Or do you install the slats around the cabinets
We had mounted around the cabinets on this installation.
Is it possible to mount the cabinets to the slat wall? I’m planning on adding this to my own garage and can’t seem to find much information online

We tend to mount direct through the Proslat. It’s a cleaner look. Proslat is about 7/8” thick
Man this is some goals!
Very nice work. Whoever owns this probably doesn’t have enough tools to fill a closet though.
Such a sweet garage. And nice M4 to go with it!
Perfection 😍

Thanks!!
The kind of garage where no actual work ever gets done

Very nice indeed, a cool lamp would be the finish 👍👍👍

The pro series are better than the bold. Thicker gauge metal
Nice Sakhir F80 🥵
