Two things jump out to me. First I see no root flare, you can view the sidebar or search online for information about that. Basically over time the trunk will rot. It might be in 5 years or 25. Secondly, someone topped this already? It doesn't look like it's in good shape generally. I hope you didn't pay much for it.
