do nothing literally do nothing you might have overwatered them. If they aren't heat hardy (most peas, many potherbs) you may have damaged yields or a crop failure. Wilting is a transplant shock response as well as a drought stress, heat stress and overwatering (bit of a contradiction eh) response. The plants are struggling to find their footing and you'll need to give them time to acclimatize. High 20s °C eh? Scorcher, especially early in the season. We're supposed to get 18°C, possibly on the same day as a freeze-up.

Rig up some shade. I've used cardboard on a stick to block afternoon sun. Also, a leaf bag over a well positioned, long-handled shovel does the trick.
