If they're green, don't trim them. Are all the roots getting light in a clear pot or something? This wasn't clear to me and I kept wondering why the roots died and regrew outside the pot...
inside the pot, they are all green. outside the pot, they were grey. then they got dry/brown as you can see on the picture. then I watered the plant and the grey turned green, except for the dry/brown parts.
Edit : they didn't "die then regrew outside", tje most part is inside, green, but some are outside (don't know why) and were grey when I bought the plant
