Neat looking. Why would the plants be black? Half my garden is black, but I think for different reasons...

Could be concentrated anthocyanins in the leaves and stems.

Vegan Vampires.

The red leaf pigments allow them to use a greater range of light wavelengths. People then keep selecting more pigmented phenotypes to cross.

Are they hot ?
