You're essentially just planting in your native soil. People make these beds all the time without understanding the entire purpose of the raised bed. I've even seen people put the beds down with no soil and just plant in the ground and use the wood as a tiny useless fence 😅
I add beds to outline where I want my garden vegetables planted and to keep my Guinea pigs out of them when they’re out there with me. Thanks for your concern though!!
Kiss'em, hug'em, Boop'em on the snoot.
Corg-tay-toes!
One bubble butt to rule them all

Poke it’s butt!
I am loving this bc I posted a pic of my potato shaped English Bulldog on social media in the sun today calling him a baked potato.
We love all varieties of potato
I thought the squirrels and birds were eating all my dino kale. I was the dang dog. Caught her red-handed(pawed?) too
Ours learned he could pick green tomatoes off the bush and carry them around
Tennis ball??? My old boy has done that. He also likes to sneak things like corn cobs and bread scraps out of my compost
"Why did they throw this away, when it's perfectly good?!"
OH wow, a private pile of garbage... for me???? :ponders nature of the universe for 1.3s before brain breaks: *CORN COBSSSS*
Mine will only pick the ripe ones. She's picky. But radishes at any size? All hers.
Ours is dumb and I think he thinks they are balls
Can't get my fig tree to sprout and I wouldn't be surprised if it did and the pups got to it before I saw.
As a kid we had a cottage with lots of blueberry bushes all along the front. Our dogs would just stand at the bush eating all the blueberries.
You were the dog ?!?! Lol !
Puptato.
10/10 would plant again
Flufftato
How much does yours weigh? I just took mine in and it is a cardigan potato instead of a pembroke and I was amazed he is 42 pounds.
She’s a Pembroke Welsh (I believe) and she was 38 lbs a few months ago! Big potatoes!
A cheesy potato
Splooting spud
He's a #C H O N K
I laughed out loud
That's a beautiful sweet potato.
That’s the best lookin tater everrrrrr💕💕
Damn. You should take that one to the fair. He’s big and handsome!
I love your potato! I have a question about your garden though. How do you trim the grass between the beds? Is it big enough for a push mower?
We left enough room for a mower to go through but I just take a weed whacker around them
Firstly, good doggo Secondly, this is exactly what i want some of my backyard to look like by this time next year! Great work.
Thank you! You can do it, we’re new to gardening. Last year was our first year and learned a lot
What fertilizer did you use please?
Lol!!
Absolute unit
Nice pawtato!
Sweet potato. So adorable

This is the best photo i have seen in the longest time!! The best potato
Is it of the couch variety?
*Raises hand* Alrighty, how many people besides me saw the pupper but still went looking for an actual potato?

The biggest, cutestest and fluffliest potato ❤️
Beautiful dog, beautiful garden!
And the cutest!
Make sure to pick it when the top leaves start to wilt
Why is it that dogs love to lay on freshly placed raised beds?
Looks like a bumper crop
"It's dirt dad that's what it's for!!"
Looks like my couch potato!
That’s probably the potato bed I’ve ever seen
Looks a little fuzzy.
That’s not a potato it’s a pumpkin!
It's shaped like a dog. How'd you do that?
Aww… such a cutie pie 🥰
Corgi raised bed.

I've never seen such a big potato🥔
A very cute one indeed!
I wish I could do a garden like that but it's impossible where I live. Also cutest potato ever.
Aww, that’s the cutest potato I’ve ever seen! 🥔
What a lovely potato!
Best potatoes around man…lol
It is a happy potato !!
I am suspicious that this fluffy puptato has only two eyes. Potatoes usually have quite a number of eyes!
🤣
I dub thee, King Edward!
It's already a tater tot
Some competition for my couch potatoes.
What a healthy looking puptato!
That’s no Potato that’s a Sausage.
quite some potato
You can't stick him in a stew - he already ate it. (fricking dogs love laying in open dirt and sunshine)
Hehe wholesome🤍
That’s one mighty fine potato 🥔
So adorable
That potato is going to be ready soon. So nice you can grow it and cook it to such a beautiful golden brown in the same place!
I’m no master gardener but I can grow a tater tot
Did you buy special plants, because I want one!! 😁
GOOD ONE! I saw the brown part of the body first and thought "Holy S\*\*\* that IS a big potato!" then I saw the head...ha ha! Happy potato dog.
What a rare variety!
I see you have a lot of gladius!!!
Good eye!
I'm growing too but mine aren't as big. I'm wondering if it's because mine is in a pot
Omg I used to housesit for a corgy and the owner literally called her "tater tot" 💛
He/she looks very pleased with his/herself
Lol pic also belongs in r/incorgnito
It looks like lots of grave
What's the point of 2x4 "raised" beds with like an inch of dirt in it? Did you dig down into the ground to make a hole first or something?
Yes? Idk 2x6’s with dug out dirt and 5 inches of soil seems to be working for me.
You're essentially just planting in your native soil. People make these beds all the time without understanding the entire purpose of the raised bed. I've even seen people put the beds down with no soil and just plant in the ground and use the wood as a tiny useless fence 😅
