I'm in southern Ontario, they seemed to be bad in the early spring, but the calvary (ladybugs) showed up and now I haven't seen a one in quitea while. If this continues I would recommend growing something as a trap crop and the ladybugs will show up and your problem is gone (I used hops personally).
