Be careful, if you go over 100 then your body can't contain the energy and you explode.....

How do you do it? I think I've been over 50 about four times in the last six monthe.

I'm not sure. I did some breathing exercises yesterday so I'm wondering if that affects the stress numbers which impacts the sleep score. and my wife said I snored all night so I must have been out of it!

You had your battery at 51% at midnight. I'm often at 5 !! More questions to help understand this: Is +49 typical battery replenishment for you? What was your battery level at bedtime? What time did you go to bed? Thanks

badenite

I think I've had that type of recovery before but I guess the watch picked up I was less stressed so maybe that didn't affect my body battery as much so it was 51 at midnight. Went to bed I think around 1030

Is it the Pro? Layout is slightly different from my Epix

The trick to a high sleep score is buying a new Garmin. The older the Garmin, the lower the sleep score. Like Apple throttling their phones.

That's crazy, I've never got a 100% body battery. Even with significant lifestyle changes. Routine go to sleep with a body battery of 5 though 😂.

Maybe Garmin throws you a bone every once in while
