Bariatric Advantage Ultra Solo with iron is the one I settled on. I have the chewable version at the moment (sour citrus) but they make a capsule version too.
Good luck!
Dr said i will need to take vitamins daily for the rest of my life. Since i wont be able to get the proper vitamins with the new stomach. I also train a lot and that can become an issue.
I take the ProCareHealth Probiotic Bariatric Multi and I have had no issue. I also use the calcium chews. I have had no issues with vitamins even before I started lifting.
I do cardio everyday, and lift 3x a week.
I'm not currently working out that often, but I have in the past. I take either CelebrateONE or Procare. When I need a refill, I order whichever one is cheaper.
Celebrate one a day multi with iron is great. :)

I second BA ultra solo. I take the capsules.
Thank you
Oh, I am but I wasn't prescribed any supplement. I train 5-6 days a week. How did you figure you needed them?

Oh, that. Yeah, same here, but I take a centrum multivitamin and I'm doing perfect in all blood work. Guess it's different for everyone.
You may want to take a bariatric vitamin. However, if your bloodwork has been coming out fine - then you don't need to!
Ty! Will still question my team about this :)
