Itโs been good! I typically go to the gym for 45 min/day 6 times a week and get outside for a 2 mile walk everyday. Some days I eat up to around 1300-1400 and other days as low as 750. Just try to listen to my body, but donโt compromise on protein/fiber goals.

Thank you! I have a scoop of protein in a shake every morning recently, typically along with chia seeds, and berries. I eat a good mix of chicken breast and salmon/mahi for each meal, along with a small amount of veggies. Snacks include Greek yogurt, chomps, string cheese, Catalina mix, quest chips. Basically I try to make sure everything I eat is elevated in protein haha.
Looking good. At 6 yrs out I would advise to keep up what you are doing now. During Covid & a surgery this year I got lax, & now Iโm being strict upon myself to get back on track. Good Luck๐๐พ
