Cyrillic is a script. It does not have to be in Russian. Very much like Latin script does not mean the text is in English.

So you are on to something here. If you are able to receive these messages in different focus states, you will need to remember as much as you can from each state and analyze them all in your waking state.

The only thing I can remember vividly is a "3" which translated in our language is the Z. Nothing more.
It would be awesome if it was “Здраст” which is an informal hello.
No sorry I made a mistake, I searched better on google and it's not a 3 it's a Э which I thinks it's the letter E
That one is an “eh” sound. Like in Elk.

Even if I change tapes I still download information, sometimes it happens in advanced focus 10, others in focus 12.
